  • Tämä super söpö pohjakerros, nurkassa huoneisto Phoenix VI on kaikki kellot ja pillejä suuri perhe haluaisi unohtumattoman ja mukavan Gulf-edessä loma Orange Beach, Alabama.

    P6-6001 on 3 makuuhuonetta ja 2 kylpyhuonetta. Erityinen atrium-alue päärakennuksen takana on taidonnainen Tiki-hautausretki lapsille, jossa on kaksi erillistä kerrossänkyä, saari-tyylinen linnoitus köysipelillä, riippuva koriistuin ja seinälle asennettava taulutelevisio.

    Muille vieraille tilavassa oleskelutilassa on meri vaahto vihreä rannikko-tyyli Queen sohva nukkuja, kaksi nahkaa recliners, loveseat, stereot ja seinään asennettava taulu-tv.

    Pääsy suuriin pohjakerroksiin lattiasta kattoon ulottuvilla liukuovilla, jossa on suuri kuusipuuta, jossa on 6 tuolia, erillinen bistrobaari-korkeuspöytä kahdella tuolilla ja kaksi kiesit lounge-tuolia. Kaikille on runsaasti tilaa.

    Perhe-aterioita ja pikaruokia on helppo käyttää täysin varustetussa keittiössä, jossa on valkoisia laitteita, kermanvärisiä kaappeja ja laaja neljän hengen aamiaisbaari. Lähellä ruokailualueella on suorakulmainen valkoinen puupöytä, jossa on kuusi tuolia.

    Kun rentoutuminen siirtyy olohuoneesta, jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on kutsuva sisustus.

    · Kaksi queen-size-vuodetta ankkuroi toisessa makuuhuoneessa seinälle asennettava taulu-tv.
    · Kolmas makuuhuone on king-size-vuode, jossa on tyylikäs ahdistunut puu makuuhuone asetetaan ja seinälle taulutelevisio.

    Vierashuoneessa oli yhden pesuallas turhamaisuus ja kylpyamme ja suihku yhdistelmä.

    P6-6001-koneessa on täydellinen pesukone ja kuivausrumpu.

    Vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä pohjakerroksisesta yksiköstä, jossa ei ole hissiä, Phoenix VI: n ulkouima-allas, uima-allas, uima-allas, poreallas, kuntosali, ulkotenniskentät, racquetball-kentät, sauna ja grillaus alueella.

    Rannalla sijaitseva huoneisto sijaitsee Perdido Beach Boulevardilla, noin 7. 7 mailia itään State Highway 59: sta.

Great condo. Very fitting for our needs. Kids loved the bunk bed room. We all liked the closeness and ease of going to pool and beach. Used the patio a lot. Could not see beach from condo because of dunes. I thought this would bother me but it really didn’t we were on beach a lot. Well kept and clean building. Also staff were very nice and helpful.

This was our home away from home during Thanksgiving! We enjoyed our easy access to the beach and the indoor pool as well. The reserved parking put us right next to the room to easily load and unload our vehicles.

Family vacation

This was a nice property. The unit was clean and the outdoor area was very nice. The furniture, while clean, is showing some wear as well as some of the kitchen items. We enjoyed our stay here.

Last week of summer trip

Check in was easy, the room was a little late getting cleaned so we had to wait a little bit, but not long. Parking space included was great! We loved not having to use the elevator. We couldn't see the beach from the condo, but it was so close and convenient that we didn't mind. The layout and size of the condo were perfect for our family.We will be back.

Great Time!!

We had a great time at this condo!! Furniture inside and out was great!! The only downside is that the bedroom covers are really thin and we got cold at night. But we would definitely stay there again.

Very cute kid area!! Den furniture could use some updating (one couch has fuzz balls all over it, another couch torn and one of the chairs is peeling). No view of the beach since it’s on the bottom floor. We still had a great time

We loved the convenience of the location of this condo!!! Walk right out the patio door and head to the pool or beach!! The RSVP parking was an added perk and made unloading and loading super easy! The unit itself was comfortable and worked well with us. There were a few minor things that with a little attention would make this condo TOP TIER!! 1. The dryer took about 3 cycles to dry yet didn't produce much lint making us think the outer vent is clogged. 2. The unit could use a deep cleaning. Baseboards, fridge door, stove drawer, and other areas have been neglected. 3. The master bathroom light is connected to the vanity light in the bedroom and runs off the same switch therefore midnight bathroom trips wakes up the entire room. These are all minor issues and none of these were brought to the host attention during our stay. We just worked around it and made it work!! We would definitely still book this unit again and we miss it already!!

Family friendly

The dishwasher was broken, which was inconvenient with a large group. The indoor pool was closed, but we were able to use the one in Phoenix 7, not too inconvenient. Lots of kitchen appliances, crockpot, blender, nice size fridge, coffee pot, even Tupperware type storage containers for left overs. Perfect location, patio was like having an extra room. Bunk room was great, amazing response time on inquiries from property managers.

The worst customer service!

Our unit was filthy upon check in. All our kids had black feet just from walking around the unit while we unloaded our things. When we went to put our girls to bed, their bed had a large amount of blood on the sheets!!! Multiple items were broken in the unit as well. Customer service has been terrible. I spent numerous days trying to contact management to resolve these issues and no one seems to want to make it right. So very disappointed in Brett Robinson management and will not be looking to book with them in the future. We’ve never had such a poor experience with a rental!

Disappointing Stay

Our stay was unfortunately far below expectations. Upon arrival, the unit was not properly cleaned — fans and lamps were coated in dust, and the floors were barely swept. Both shower curtain liners had mold, which we ended up replacing ourselves just to feel comfortable using the showers.Basic supplies were lacking: only two rolls of toilet paper were provided for nine guests staying a week, and just six towels. When I requested additional towels, the response from the on-site staff was surprisingly rude. One staff member told me, “This ain’t no hotel” and was dismissive about our concerns. Thankfully, a housekeeper was kind enough to give us a few more towels later.The kitchen was oddly stocked — around 30 spoons but only 7 forks, which made meal prep and eating with a large group frustrating. One of the kitchen drawers fell out entirely when I opened it. We also encountered several roaches inside the unit, and many more right outside the front door. One was even found in a bed, which was extremely unsettling.Being on the ground floor had its perks, but it is located near the trash chute. Every morning we’d find random trash outside the door, and we even saw rats fighting near the bushes at night. The outdoor patio was filthy and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months.Overall, the condo itself has potential, but the management of this particular unit is seriously lacking.

Condo was nice, the beds were comfortable and our family vacation was fun!! However there are a few things that needs to be addressed. I was told from the start that our check in was at 4 but when I arrived at 4 the front desk tells me that our condo isn't ready they are still cleaning it and it needs inspection (which the man didn't really do he literally walked in the door and said it's all good) We waited appr an hour before being able to check in. Then we had an issue with our hot water heater Only 3 were able to bath at a time and before the 3rd person could finish bathing we would run out of hot water. We reached out for them to come and check the water heater. The guy shows up and doesn't take any tools out to check elements or anything. He tells us he reset the breaker and that should fix the issue ( my husband is a plumber and we know that won't work) but at this point we just let him walk out bc we were at awe with what he said Also the dryer took a while to dry towels we literally had to put the towels drying twice before they were completely dried The bathroom drain wouldn't drain the master toilet had something wrong with the handle,In one of the bedrooms the ceiling was messed up ( not sure what it's called but it was pealed hanging down) couple of chairs in the living room had leather that was worn off the arms. Also the towel rack in the front bathroom was just about hanging off the wall. Some of this are small issues just wanted to let you know

Great location

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The location of the unit is amazing, especially for familes that may have issues walking far distances. The pool is right outside the gate, the beach is a little of a walk. This end unit is great for littles and being able to let them run and paly without the stress of them getting away from you.

Overall very good

We had an issue checking in.. we were supposed to check in at 4 and didn't get to until 5:20.. we had frozen items from Walmart that the cleaning lady let me put in the freezer though which was helpful! The lady came to inspect the room before we could put things in it which we didn't know because it the cleaning lady allowed us in! Everything else was fantastic! The master bathroom didn't flush very well but that was only a small inconvenience!

Family Beach Trip

This condo was roomy and accommodated our family of eight very well. The first-floor end location was great for access to pool and beach.

Phoenix VI condo stay

Property was good except toilet in master in back didn't flush properly. The front desk was rude and not helpful. Did not explain how to get into the garage or that one car could park in the garage in the numbered space. Rude anytime we had a question and when we checked in or out. Security guard was nice. Front desk was not.

a great spot for a group

This is a great unity for a group. I have 5 kids plus we met friends there. 9 people with room to spare in this unit. I loved everything about it, including the price, except the communications. The person who owns it doesn't communicate well. You check in at a front desk, which was fine, but the keys weren't working. It was a bit of a process. All of the info you need to enter a building, like the address and instructions were all burried in multiple emails. That was my only issue. If we go to OB again with a group - I will rent this place.

Great for families!

We had a great time! The condo is at the end on a corner ground floor and very convenient. Very private but you can also just walk out to the patio and straight to the pools and beach. The only drawback is that you can’t see the beach from the condo but it’s still awesome! We had 3 vehicles so we had to park one of them several miles down the road in a gravel parking area so we were not too happy about that. The one reserved parking spot is awesome!! It’s right out the condo door! The toaster had a few issues but we managed. There was some trash left out on the patio when we got there but no biggie. Overall we had an excellent time!! We will be back!

Amazing place at Orange Beach

Absolutely perfect, as advertised, great in every way. We stayed as three families (two grand parents plus two families of 6 and 3 respectively), and it was perfectly sized (very spacious) and laid out. Trivial beach access, which we used every day (and some nights). All furnishings were great, and beds were comfy. Condo amenities were also great (kids had fun playing both raquetball and tennis). It's on the first floor, so you can't see the ocean from the room, but of course we knew that beforehand, and being on the first floor had other obvious advantages in terms access. Our families had a fantastic experience together that we'll remember forever... Would definitely choose this one again!
