  • Tilava Persianlahden etukulmayksikkö, 3 makuuhuonetta, 3 kylpyhuonetta, sijaitsevat 9. kerroksessa. Master-sviitissä on king-vuode, oma parveke, iso kylpyhuone, jossa kaksinkertainen turhamaisuus, poreallas ja erillinen suihkukaappi. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode ja kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa on kolme erillistä vuodetta. Tämä yksikkö on hiljattain päivätty kaikilla uusilla patjoilla ja vuodevaatteilla. Enclave 907 tarjoaa ilmaisen langattoman internetyhteyden, taulu-tv: n olohuoneessa, jossa on DVD-soitin, vuodesohva, baarikeittiö, täysikokoinen pesukone ja kuivausrumpu, täysin varustettu keittiö ja oma parveke.

Great place to stay for a family vacation

Went to Orange Beach with family for a week. This was the best place I’ve stayed in my last 3 years of visiting and will probably book again in the future.

Clean, comfy, but outdated

Pros: Very clean, nice linens, mattresses, updated bathrooms. Spacious living area and kitchen, big pantry/storage. Good location. Good parking.Cons: Living area furniture is old, and broken. Kitchen appliances need updating, Keurig-type machine and bar ice machine is necessary as there is no ice machine on property and the freezer ice maker produces 2 cubes/hour. The master bed frame has sharp corners and we are both bruised. All in all, a good stay. We would rent again.

Everything i had hoped for

Great location and easy access. Grocery stores were very close by. Everything worked in the unit and the beds were very comfortable. Pickle-ball court was a surprise and appreciated. Overall very satisfied. I booked for next year.

As long as you don’t leave the premises it’s fine

The condo was nice but the living room furniture needs replacing. We were on the ninth floor and one of the elevators didn’t work much of the time we were there. If you left the complex to go to dinner or anywhere else you didn’t walk, it was impossible to get a parking place back at the unit. You had to pay 25 per night for overnight parking plus a shuttle service to get you back to the condo. The condo is in a beautiful location, but given the problems with the elevator and the parking lot. I don’t think we will be staying here again.

Do not recommend

NO PARKING!!!! We had to park over a block away and pay $24 a day for that and walk across 4 lanes of traffic not safe at all especially with kids and we only had 1 car! It’s ridiculous I did call liquid life to complain but they wasn’t much help one person did say she was going to put in for them to reimburse me for the money I was out but I never heard back from anyone. I did have some maintenance issues they did come “fix” some of them we made it work for the week but never again I have rented from Liquid life before and had great experiences however after this experience will never again but especially stay clear of Enclave building itself when I was panicking about not having anywhere to park I called liquid life they said ask the security guard the security guard Mike told us and everyone else to “google it” we will never be back

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only problem we had with the actual unit we stayed in was a lack of towels and wash clothes. The unit is described as being able to sleep 11. We only had 9 in our party and did not have enough towelsAnd wash clothes for everyone to have their own. We ended up going to Walmart to buy some. As far as the condo as a whole- The Enclave- there is not enough parking. The night we arrived, our party and 2 other parties were toldThere were no parking spaces available. We were told we had to go park both our cars down the road in overflow parking and pay a fee. This is crazy. Prior to the trip, I was told we had 2 parking spaces. We had a 2 year old and a 70 year old with us which would have made walking a distance difficult. We ended up waiting outside until people left and snagging spots. But parking is a real problem. And, for that reason, we willNot stay here again. If your party is able-bodied and you aren’t concerned about having a convenient parking spot, then there were somePositives to this condo. It was conveniently located to restaurants, Walmart, souveneir shops. And the pool was nice. Condo was clean.

Would not stay here again

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we first arrived, we had to call Maintenance within the first 15 minutes of being there. The condo is old (which is fine), but has clearly not been taken care of. The balcony doors would not close properly, there is no lock on the south balcony door as well (nor the front door). Which does not sit well with me when you are traveling with little ones. Furniture appeared to be falling apart and the master bed was broken (repaired by maintenance also while we were there). There was so much furniture on the balcony (14 chairs), so it made it awkward trying to even walk out there. Needless to say a hazard to small children as well as there was no space to move furniture away from the balcony’s edge. Blinds were broken, curtains wouldn’t pull closed, even the refrigerator door had missing pieces. This place is in need of some TLC. Oh, and get ready to walk a couple of blocks for parking. This 70-unit condo (that allows two parking passes per unit) only has about 74 spots in their lot. Period. The parking lot was full every night. I would not recommend going to dinner or doing anything that involves leaving the condo after dark because when you come back there will be no parking. 10/10 do not recommend staying at this condo. We will never book here again.

Great experience

It was an overall great experience with the place. Couple things that we found which was from the hurricane was water damage on some of the furniture and floors but not very noticable. The dryer did not work at all so we had to drive all of our clothes on the balcony. Other than that it was a fantastic stay! Beautiful place with awesome views!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I came to the beach one weekend to enjoy family time with my husband and 2 young girls. When we arrived, I had to call to figure out how to get a parking pass because it was not in our room and we didn’t see anyone who worked there or security around. We got our pass after waiting on hold for a while with liquid life. That night, we went to dinner and returned around 8:30-9 and could not find a parking spot. There was a security guy talking to a car in front of us so we rolled our window down and he was speaking in the direction of both of our cars saying to find a parking spot across the street that we wouldn’t be towed. So my husband told us to go upstairs and he would park and walk across. The next morning we found out that our car was towed. We have 2 small children who need to be in car seats and we had to have the towing company pick my husband up so that we could take our girls to a surprise princess breakfast that we had planned and already told them about when we woke them up. We were on the phone with liquid life and they told us that they were not responsible and that we would have to talk to the enclave to get the situation figured out. We BOOKED through liquid life not the enclave. They did not help us 1 time and I had other concerns- (mildew/mold, bad placement of furniture which caused an injury, bad condition of the condo in general) and when told about how I had concerns, they DID NOT ASK what happened or acted apologetic in any way. They sent me a concern for to fill out by email.... that had to be PRINTED and brought back in to the office!!! They charge way too much for a Unkept, outdated condo and do not seem to care about customer service. The Enclave condominium management was NO BETTER. When telling them about our awful experience, they told my husband that they were not responsible for the towing of our vehicle. MULTIPLE vehicles were towed that same night because of NO available parking. Stay somewhere else for a relaxing

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very clean at arrival. I like the washable comforters on the beds because they are much cleaner than ones normally on the beds. However, I will never stay at the Enclave again because of the parking. You cannot leave the condo after about 4:30 or you will not have anywhere to park so forget going out to dinner at night. When we called the rental company we were told there was nothing that could be done. The condo told people to park across the street but then the next morning the cars had been towed. I have never had this issue with any of the other condos I have stayed at. No attempt was made to help any renter. We also requested additional wash cloths and towels three times but they were never provided. We had a condo that could sleep 11, we had 9 people but only 6 wash cloths and 8 towels. The condo is in bad shape needing new carpet and the wall paper is literally dropping from the walls. I will say the beds were comfortable. I paid a premium for this condo and did not have a premium experience. I’m sorry to say I will not rent with liquid life again ( although I have several times in the past) and will absolutely never stay at the Enclave again.

Reviewer Comments: The rental was clean, freshly painted for most part but did NOT have the set up as shown in pics! There was peeling wallpaper in both bathrooms, obvious water damage results. I rented condo based on pics to accommodate my family. Pics misrepresented condo as there were not 3 twin beds in one room but rather bunk with trundle and then in other bedroom a double and twin. The bed frame stuck out so far in that crowded bedroom three of us returned home with huge knots and scabs from hitting our chins on foot of bed!!There was no table on balcony as shown in pic but rather a small square table w two high chairs. We had 9 staying and a total of 6 wash rags provided! Kitchen lacked baking sheet!! The location and ocean view were good.

Relaxing vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the most part, the condo was fabulous. The bed arrangement was not the same that we had reserved (there are not 3 twin beds in one room) and the large table on the balcony is gone. These were 2 reasons we picked this property. Condo was cleaned and well stocked. You get 4 towels and 2 wash clothes per bathroom. We had 7 people so we had to go buy washcloths. Location is fabulous. Pool is average size, never seemed crowded. Very family oriented location.

WORST RENTAL COMPANY EVER

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: DO NOT EVER rent from Liquid Life Vacation Rentals again. They allowed us to check into this condo, knowing that there was a leak. Within a few hours, the entire condo reeked of mildew. I called at 9am the next day, and they did not have any solution until 3pm. We were then moved to another condo, but told we could only be there one night and had to move to another one for our final night. I had to pay out of pocket for parking passes at the final two condos. Prior to check out, Liquid Life sent me a text stating that someone would be in touch with me the day after checkout regarding reimbursement for parking passes and compensation for the catastrophic weekend. I have called four times, and on the 4th call I asked to speak to a manager, who then HUNG UP ON ME. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Exactly as pictured, needs some updating and extra supplies

We had a lovely time and enjoyed our stay. The condo was as pictured and clean. There are some items that need updating/repair but did not retract from our enjoyment of the property. I would recommend to the property manager that if you are having a large party stay for an extended time to have more than one trash bag, more that 3 partial rolls of toilet paper, more than 1 roll of paper towel, and extra dish washing powder. We utilize VBRO often and this is the first property where items from previous vacationers have not been left nor any provisions for high use items like toiletries. We had no problem getting what we needed from Wal-Mart across the street. Overall, we had a lovely time and would use the property again in the future.
