Upea parannettu 2 makuuhuoneen ja 2 kylpyhuoneen 4. kerroksessa. Yksikössä 404 on parivuode makuuhuoneessa, jossa on taulutelevisio, DVD-soitin ja isäntäkylvyssä on laattahuone, jossa on kaksi suihkua. Vieras kaksi täyttä vuodetta vierashuoneessa, taulu-tv ja DVD-soitin. Olohuoneessa on vuodesohva. We stayed in Room 404. Everything from the property mgt standpoint was perfect. The ONLY issue was the sofa, loveseat and chair in the main area. I have never sat on something so uncomfortable. It made a pullout bed but you sank soooo deep when you sit down it is almost impossible to get up. Everything ese was perfect but we won't rent 404 again. The owner really need to replace sofa, loveseat, and chair in the worst kind of way.

Perfect short getaway

Check-in was seamless using door code provided via email/text. Location was exactly what we were looking for with less people surrounding us due to public parking for local beachgoers on left and right. Easy walk to coastal restaurant. Parking is tight but no issue with finding a spot. Beach was clean and chair guy was available for rentals right in front of us. Overall condo was clean. The floors were covered in sand though, as if they hadn’t been swept or mopped. Couches were old and loveseat had broken springs. Enough pans/pots and kitchen utensils for our needs. Even the blender worked! There is a coffee pot for grinds, no keurig or pod coffee pot available. Indoor pool room is tough to breath in and is pretty tight when you have more than 5-10 people in there. Outdoor pool is more spacious. Summerchase is a bit dated overall but is such a great central location for what we were looking for- close to restaurants, churches, grocery stores, etc.

Avoid booking through Liquid Life Property Management

Sadly the stay was a huge disappointment! There was work being done on the condo which resulted in the balcony being closed with workers moving onto the balcony where we stayed. Apparently a notification was sent by the rental office but we never received it. We did receive all other emails and a text stating there was work being done and that the kiddie pools were closed but no text was sent about the balcony. The manager said it was in the email which she said was sent but we did not get. She was very difficult to work with and kept trying to play gotcha. If you look at the reviews, you will see that the previous guests also were disappointed about the balcony. The AC was out the first night so it was hot. We were to receive a refund for the first night but only received 121. Not a full 1 night rate. Just avoid properties that are managed through Liquid life. The cleanliness was suspect and we elected not to cook in the condo. There were roach traps placed throughout which also added to our decision to just go out to eat.

Perfect for us

Really pretty, updated unit. Loved the tiled showers. Great location. We walked fo several of our suppers. Only complaint for the week was the rainy weather! We need a do over!

Great trip but not comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay however the most comfortable furniture was the patio furniture. Fortunately for our backs we did find a egg create type pad that we threw on the bed though it was made for a full or queen. The living room furniture was also VERY uncomfortable. We would stay again but would just know to bring meds for our backs and we wouldn't spend much time in the condo.

Nice Family Beach Vacation

Pictures are on point for the condo. It was nice to stay somewhere where the parking was not across the street and you didn’t have to constantly wait on the elevator. That was very nice! Ice maker did not work. They did look at it when I reported it but were unable to fix it. Would have been nice extra bit of customer service to deliver a bag of ice or take some money off the bill due to the inconvenience. I know it’s not much but I work in hospitality and that would have been an easy uncostly solution. I would also recommend cleaning the air vents and bathroom vents. It’s a personal pet peeve that grosses me out when you can see the layers on of dust in those. Should be wiped down regularly.

Condo was just ok!

The location and beach access was great! The pools were nice and clean and the property was enjoyable and safe! However, the condo itself wasn’t great! Someone texted us from a number and encouraged us to text if we needed help - we did, and no reply! The fridge was leaking something, the floors were nasty, and it overall didn’t feel clean. We had an 8 month old with us and after playing on the floor for a short time she was black and nasty. We were really disappointed. Walking around barefoot was a no go in the condo! It really made the whole place feel nasty.. It’s not what you want from a place you’re staying for an extended amount of time. We were also lacking a few things we needed in the kitchen, but not a big deal. We enjoyed our time, but we wouldn’t come back!

Spring Breakdown

This was our first time in a condo on a beach by the ocean and we had a great experience. The condo was very clean, and the staff was really friendly and polite. The check-in process was very easy and efficient. The area had plenty to offer besides just lying on the beach. In hindsight, I think a 2 week stay would have been perfect to give us more time to explore. A few minor issues we had were with the elevator, access to the fitness room and the furniture. There was only one elevator that was working 3 out of the 5 days we stayed. Unfortunately, it was not working during the morning we checked out which was inconvenient. Access to the fitness room was dependent on the front lobby being open which was a little inconvenient for a couple of days for the early risers. Lastly, the furniture looked a little outdated and worn out. Maybe time for something new. I would consider these topics areas for improvement only, not deal breakers. We would definitely like to book another stay next year. We rate our stay 4 out of 5 stars.

It was nice and had all accomodations needed. Mattresses need to be changed- were hard. Had to purchase mattress topper for couch bed to use. Couch is need of replacement- looked soiled in some places. Kitchen was terrific. Washer/dryer terrific. Wonderful view from balcony which is what we were wanting. Condo could use some painting to clean up. Had good response with one issue we had. Would recommend to others.

Amazing place

The place was amazing but our host was even more AMAZING! We had to adjust our stay by a day because my son’s ship date for marine boot camp changed by a whole week! I never buy the insurance they offer at check out but our host allowed and changed the days for us and moved it up sooner! They condo was great with amazing views, well stocked, clean and comfortable beds! Would most definitely stay again!

Floors dirty

My only complaint was the floors. When you walked on them barefoot or with socks your feet were black. I told management and they immediately had someone come in and vacuum. That didn’t help they needed to be mopped.

Not as good as it could be

This is similar to many condos we've stayed at in the area in this price range. I picked it b/c it said clean. It was OK. Perhaps my standards are above most others. The table is sticky (could be the paint). The floors are not great (like they could be scrubbed). The shower has mildew. I ALMOST bought a $15 toaster and $30 coffee maker to replace what is there, but decided against it. Also a new toilet seat. A few of these things would be a cheap fix and make the stay better . I can't, for the life of me, figure out why people can't find cleaners that do a great job. If I had a 700k condo, I'd hire someone that would insure a good review. 😉 We love Orange Beach, and will continue to stay in this area. Maybe I'll find a clean condo to keep returning to. Check in/out and communication was great! Thank you!!

Girlfriends' Getaway

The property was clean with great beach access. The proximity to restaurants and grocery stores is excellent. Additional elevators would be beneficial; check in/out was prolonged due to the volume of people attempting to use the 2 small elevators.
