Master-sviitissä on king-size-vuode, taulutelevisio ja pääsy parvekkeelle. Master-kylpyhuoneessa on kaksi turhuutta, puutarha-amme ja erillinen suihkukaappi. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on sarja kahden hengen vuodetta sekä queen-size-vuode. Siellä on myös taulutelevisio, DVD-soitin ja oma kylpyhuone.

Nice condo, really hard pillows, no ice maker, no additional locks in the door looked as though it had been kicked in as the trim was broken and the security lock was missing half of it. Smelt like mold. On our last day we had a cleaning lady entered our condo at 8:30 am without even knocking then at about 9 am went out to the car to start loading things up and the code for the door no longer worked, check out was at 10. Never was able to reach liquid life, left a message no call back. If I didn’t have my husband still in the room we would have been locked out. Positive things were comfortable couch, beautiful views with great outdoor furniture.

It was an excellent location. The fridge leaks water out of the ice maker so we had frequent puddles to wipe up but other than that we had an excellent stay! We loved the size of the balcony and the ease of beach access.

Fall vacation

Beautiful weather and perfect location. Only gave 4 stars due to ice maker not in working order. Was not repaired as of the date we arrived nor the date we checked out. 2 ice bags was left in the freezer.

Great Stay

Good condo! Comfortable beds and feels spacious. Need to bring your own coffee filters and know the property sets the rental chairs further back from the ocean to allow others to set up in front of you. Not a deal breaker, but nice to know!

Wonderful vacation!

Perfect week for vacation as it was early enough to beat the summer crowd! Elevator directly across from condo was convenient and no noticeable noise. Wonderful view from the 5th floor! Very spacious for 6 adults! Having the extra half-bath was great! Did have freezer issues as the line was frozen so we had no ice, but management had someone there ASAP. We did not want to allow it to defrost because it was packed with our food for the week. Only thing missing from the kitchen was a long spatula for grilling burgers. Highly recommend!

Somewhat Rude Property Manager

I left a detailed message asking if we could reserve the Pavillion for a wedding reception. All i needed was a yes or no. As soon as i answered hello she rudely said we do not allow weddings at Regency Isle, she kept telling me to stop talking and let her finish. I simply needed a yes you can or no you cant.

Great complex

There were issues with the bed being collapsed in the middle (maintenance did come and fix it which was great), the couch is very uncomfortable and broken down, the curtain in the living room needs to be reattached. There is some trim that is missing or needs repainted. The table legs need to be tightened so it is stable and doesn’t squeak. The complex and location was great but I don’t think we would stay in this particular unit again.

Great experience all around!

Very spacious, clean and a great view! We have stayed at other properties in the past on various floors (1st, 11th), and liked this 5th floor property the best. Not too low (filtered out ground level noise) and not too high so we could have a great view of the beach, waves, a few dolphins as well as make the elevator rides (or use of stairs) take less time. This was the first property we stayed at with covered parking (parking ramps under the building) and will look for that in the future! All around great experience, we would definitely return to this building and to this property.

We love Regency Isle and have stayed in different condos there several times. This particular condo was ok. It was advertised as VERY clean. I wiped down the table before we ate at it and wiped up black dust. I took it upon myself to wipe down everything after that. The table was really the only thing too bad ... but it is where we ate. Wondering if it was condensation from the AC. Our hats and beach towels were damp after sitting on the table, so maybe it was the humidity. For what is charged for cleaning and for the stay, we felt like it did not meet the listing for the condo. All's well that ends well and we overlooked those things and enjoyed our trip. The condo needs instructions for their cable and a listing for TV channels.

Fantastic place.

This was awesome. We loved it. Condo was right as you come out of the elevator. Huge balcony. Will definitely stay here again. When we first got there code didn’t work. Called them and she reset it with me on phone. No more problems.

Hot water was always low and lady in office

We had a great time. But two things. My friend left her medication at home. We went down to the office to ask address to have it mailed from home. The lady was rude and really did not want to help us at all. She did not want us to ship it to the office. We finally got the information but it was a bit of a chore. Also, the hot water did not stay hot long enough to even fill the bath tub.
