LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN
Hammock Dunes J has balconies that will allow you to feel the Bama breeze from the Gulf of Mexico and is situated within a private community in Orange Beach. The living area provides a coastal atmosphere with brand new furniture, including a queen sleeper sofa, as well as a flat screen television. The modern kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances with a breakfast bar that seats four people as well as a dining area that also seats four people. This property also has a full-sized washer.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This house participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.

The primary bedroom features brand new bedroom furniture as well as a comfortable beach themed décor. The private primary bathroom has a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two queen sized beds and a private bath with a tub shower combination. Both bedrooms have brand new flat screen televisions. There is a full bathroom downstairs with a tub / shower combination.

PARKING
Includes parking for 2 vehicles under the unit.

PETS
This property is pet friendly for one (1) dog only with a size restriction up to 50 lbs. Breed restrictions may apply. If applicable the pet fee is $150.00 in addition to the reserved price of the property.

AMENITIES
There is a shared community Gulf-front pool and private beach access.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
The primary renter must be 25 years of age. Monthly rentals available November to March 1.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.
