Furnished by Goodwill or a backwoods yard sale.
The balcony was over, and next to the highway, the pool was not heated and next to the highway closer than the balcony. Unbearable highway noise. Could not enjoy ether one. The place was not very clean, the kitchen utricles were cheap used goodwill store junk, the toaster was old worn and would not take a whole slice of bread. The furniture was junk probably purchased in a backwoods yard sale. No stoppers in bathroom sink drains. The bedroom blinds where broken and there was a light bulb on all night outside the bedroom window. The balcony furniture was rusted and in disrepair, as was the inside kitchen bar chairs which had backs with loose screws. There was a junk table with two chairs with chair covers both broken in center and unusable. Flip Blob Vacations was responsive to fixing bedroom drapes and blinds and a repairman did try to fix the drain stoppers after numerous requests. Every morning I had to climb the awful twisted stairs to turn the heat up because it would be in the 60s every morning. I would set the heat but it would not stay. I guess ok in the summer, but not Jan.and Feb. One would think the owner would take more pride in this place but they must not care about their renters. Stay away, spend a little more and go into a Phoenix building.
