Caribe 1213D on 3 makuuhuoneen, 3 kylpyhuoneen ranta-yksikkö, jossa on oma parveke pääsy oleskelutilasta ja makuuhuoneesta. Tämä yksikkö sijaitsee 12. kerroksessa, ja se sijaitsee etelään Persianlahden näkymät. Makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode, 42-tuumainen taulutelevisio, oma parveke ja master-kylpy on poreallas, jossa on erillinen suihkukaappi. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode, 32 tuuman taulutelevisio ja oma kylpyhuone. Kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi erillistä kerrossänkyä, 32 tuuman taulutelevisio, DVD-soitin ja oma kylpyamme, jossa on kylpyamme ja suihku-yhdistelmä. Täysin varustetussa keittiössä on graniittilaskurit, ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet ja jääkaappipakastin. Olohuoneessa on 50 tuuman taulutelevisio sekä sohva nukkuja, johon mahtuu 10 vierasta.


Caribe Resort sijaitsee vain itäpuolella Perdidon Pass Orange Beach. Hotellissa on 3 ulkouima-allasta, 3 sisäuima-allasta, laiska joki, 2 vesiliukumäkiä, vesijohto, 3 kylpytynnyriä, hänen saunoja, kalastusveneitä, ulkona BBQ-alue, kuljetus rannalle, Bocce Ball court, 3 valaistu tenniskentät, viheriö ja kuntokeskus. Langaton internetyhteys on käytettävissä koko kiinteistön. Cobalt-ravintola sijaitsee paikan päällä kauniin ruokailuelämyksen vuoksi.

Summer Vacation

Girls weekend!

Perfect getaway for a few ladies! We loved the lazy river. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking a full dinner! Overall very happy with this property.

The Caribe is a great resort with plenty of things to do. Parking can be challenging if traveling with a group with more than one vehicle. Many options for daily activites and places to eat.

We had a wonderful stay in Sea Pines at this property! It was really clean which is my #1 priority. The bedrooms are a good size and the bathrooms are nicely updated. The kitchen had everything we needed and was really spacious for cooking dinners. The mini beverage fridge was a bonus. The view of the golf course green was so nice to look at while having morning coffee. This was the first time we didn’t bring our own beach chairs and used the house’s and that was really convenient. The owner was very responsive, helpful and organized. Everything was great and we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful stay!

The property was beautiful, as was our room. There were a few housekeeping issues on arrival but they were quick to correct the broken coffee maker & the others weren't huge deals. Would highly recommend.

Couch cushions slit, beds squeak if you breathe the wrong way, definitely needs cosmetic work, but will work if you just need a place to stay without expecting luxury. Property manager was incredibly helpful

Family vacation

We always stay at the caribe, this time we decided to go through liquid life since it was such a great deal. Especially at the caribe. We were disappointed that they were still doing the remodel on the lazy river, but caribe has 2 other pools that were open. We also enjoy using the trolley to get back and fourth to the beach. All the amenities that caribe has, allows us to do lots of activities and stay in property.

Almost perfect

We really enjoyed staying in this condo. The size was perfect for our family. It had a great view. We had a problem with the dryer but it was fixed promptly the next day. The only negative was the glass topped dining table. It is very unsteady, there is not enough support for the heavy glass top. We put 2 12 packs of soda on it when we arrived and the entire top tipped over and off of the one inadequate pedestal. Needless to say we never used the table for the entire stay. We felt it was dangerous especially since we had youn children with us. I hope they remedy this as we really like everything else.

ladies trip

Overall, very nice condo. However, there were no condiments (salt, pepper, etc.). The microwave & oven were hard to figure out & there were very few dish towels, etc. in the kitchen. Very clean & a beautiful view, although the pictures on the website imply that the condo is right on the beach, which it is not. Again, overall a very nice stay. Thank you

Our stay

The parking was confusing and no one wanted to help. I called maintenance and they didn’t show up until the next day. The bed covers were dirty luckily we had our own blankets. We didn’t have enough toilet paper and we told housekeeping and they said they would bring it up to us but never did so we bought our own. Other than that everything was good. Really loved the view. Loved the pool area.

A fun filled Family Vacation + friends, except for a few issues

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a few issues No ice both frig and ice maker under wet bar made ice.Did report it,the frig ice maker didnt make ice till Tues evening,checked out on Wed.Balcony could use more furniture.Could use more flatware had only 6forks had to wash forks before every meal.Pools with slides were closed most of our stay,kids were disappointed.Other wise condo was nice and clean.This was the 5 time staying at the Caribe.First time i felt i needed to give a review, The staff at Liquid LIfe were super nice.

Everything was great except for the mattresses

The resort was wonderful. Everything was clean. Lots to do. The condo was great. Plenty of room. But the mattresses were terrible. The adults in the master and the queen bedroom all had terrible nights sleep. So much so that I would actually get up earlier than I wanted just to get out of the bed. The mattress in the queen bedroom was 1 step up from sleeping on concrete. Easily the most uncomfortablw mattress I've ever slept on. I give the mattresses a 1 out of 10. Everything else would be 9s and 10s.

Great condo, rental agency not so great

Condo was great. Clean and nice, had no complaints at all with the condo. I would not rent with Liquid Life again though. The “check in packet” that you get upon check in had a brochure for leave only footprints in the sand and a brochure on what the different colored flags on the beach mean. There is zero information on the resort, the amenities or where things are located. We got strongly scolded by the front gate security because we didn’t let them know we were having guests, but we didn’t know we were supposed to. There was no information on how to call or the number. I called Liquid Life and they had no idea either. Phone was broken so I had to walk to B building to use the phone to have guests over. They don’t allow you to use your personal phone. Any information from Liquid Life would have been great.

Softball World Series trip

The condo itself was nice. They provided everything we needed. The check process was horrible. I went to the liquid life office to pickup the room keys. When we tried to enter the condo, we realized they provided us with the wrong room keys. Liquid life called caribe and told them to reissue the correct room keys. Keep in mind this condo was on the 12th floor in building D, the caribe office was in building B. We picked up the new room keys from the office, when we tried to enter the condo again, the keys did not work. The caribe office manager created new room keys and brought them to us. Yet again, the keys didn’t work. IT was called and his key was the only key that would work. At this point it was 6pm. We started the check in process at 4pm. We needed to be at the opening ceremony for 6:30 They wanted us to put our belongings in the condo and pickup new keys at the office we we got back. We didn’t trust that we could get back into the condo at this point, plus the office closed at 7. We had to leave family members at the condo to wait for new room keys. They had to miss the opening ceremony. This was very frustrating to say the least.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo in the pictures, is not what you get! There are only 2 chairs for outside patio; there is very little kitchen necessities if you are going to cook. I had to call and request a pot so I could heat up spaghetti sauce and they brought it to me a day late; half the lights do not work; drain in master bath barely drained; only given 6 face towels and the unit is supposed to accommodate 10 people; the floors had never been mopped! My 1 year old grandson had black feet and knees the first night we arrived and then by the 3rd day he came down with covid and had to be taken to the ER. We left the next day, cutting our stay short and Liquid Life would not accommodate us when it came to leaving the keys at the condo since I really did not want to spend any extra time nor carry this virus to others by going to their office. I normally love Liquid Life, but that was disappointing since these are just plastic keys that can easily be reprogrammed.

Nothing you would typically expect from an expensive vacation rental, only cheap pots and pans. One roll of TP, no garbage bags, no laundry detergent, one tiny bottle of body wash. Asked the housekeeper for a couple of extra, she said each unit gets one. Chipped up, worn, uncomfortable furniture, the sliding door seal doesn't work so if your neighbors are smoking cigars on the balcony, it comes in. Just a not so great place to stay. Apparently these are mostly run by the same management company so they are all the same, stay somewhere else.

Nice Location, but so-so everything else

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stay in VRBO's several times a year and this one was the most under stocked, out dated and mediocre unit ever. Grandmothers Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was great, very spacious, kitchen was fabulous. The a/c did not work too well nor the dryer but that did not stop the fun. Would definitely tell people what a wonderful place to take a vacation.
