Docking facility on site (first come, first serve basis), so this is a boaters paradise! The boat launch and a few boat slips are available (FCFS). The ones on the first finger to the right. No lifts are there.

Free HiSpeed Wifi and two Smart TVs for watching NETFLIX, Amazon Prime, HULU, etc on your personal account! Two 2 TVs in the unit with 50 inch TV in living room & 32" in the primary bedroom. Streaming only at this property, no cable TV.
