Stunning views from our top floor condo with panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 75” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 58" SMART TV in the master, and a 58" Smart TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have two queens in each bedroom, and a queen sized sofa sleeper in the living room for sleeping up to 12.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, a large Jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach II with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $65 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach II guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Perfect Spring Break Location

What a wonderful vacation. The property was clean and very well maintained. The location of the condo is great. Close to many restaurants, bars and shops. The beaches are beautiful. The property looked just like the pictures and everything was in great condition. We'd stay here again. Orange Beach/Gulf Shores is a fantastic beach destination.

Beautiful condo, horrible cleaning service.

The condo is very beautiful. Well decorated and spacious. Being on the 27th floor is breathtaking for views. But the other reviews stating that it is “dirty” are not unfounded. After we initially walked in and were impressed by the overall size and look of the place, we started to see how dirty everything was. Inches of dust and lint on the doors, picture frames, the laundry closet. All of the cabinets in the kitchen and baths were dirty and dusty, inside and out. The kitchen cabinet doors had drips of “stuff” from the other renters before us. The kitchen garbage can had “ick” all over the lid and rim of the can. The nightstand in one of the bedrooms had a shelf that something had spilled on and was left that way. There were feathers all over the living room floor from the throw pillows, like it hadn’t even been vacuumed. And while we expected the floors to be a little sandy, it was as if they hadn’t been mopped in weeks. We turned our bathmats black with dirty footprints from walking in the condo barefoot. The sheets and bathrooms were clean which is important but it’s as if those were the only areas cleaned well. We spent almost an hour cleaning the kitchen as soon as we arrived. Not what I want to do on vacation. My house is cleaner than this was and I don’t PAY a service to clean it for me. This is the PENTHOUSE level! It should be the crown jewel of the the complex! And as I said, we paid a pretty substantial “cleaning fee.”

Wonderful Condo, but these changes would make it 5 Stars

The condo was exactly as shown in the pictures. Beautifully decorated. Extremely comfortably. LOVED the lazy river and pools. If I were the owner I would want to know the following: the floors were dirty (needed mopping) and the furniture and rug in living area had noticeable spots. We cooked every night and found the kitchen not as well stocked as we had found when staying at an identical condo in Orange Beach Phoenix. Coffee pot still had grounds in it. I would prefer you not publish this info because we loved this condo and would stay in this very condo again, but I thought it might be helpful to share these few "helpful hints"-not criticisms. Also, we had no linens for the sleeper sofa. In spite of these few improvements needed, we loved our stay and made many wonderful family memories! Thank you so very much!

Just as advertised and then some!!

We had a large group of nine ladies and this condo exceeded out expectations. The view from the 27th floor was incredible. The kitchen was fully stocked and the ice machine was such a nice surprise, we used so much ice and the machine totally kept up. I would suggest bringing a few extra kitchen towels. The bank of elevators were fast and efficient, very impressive!! The covered parking deck was clean and safe, this property is spotless!! The beach is simply a dream and so well kept. We used Ike’s Beach service but you can totally bring your own chairs and umbrella’s I would say half of the guests do. A big shout out to Maranda at guest services …..She is a ray of sunshine!! I will definitely be returning to this property next time with the family!!!

Perfect family beach rental

We had the best spring break here with our 3 kids and sister, husband and baby. The kids loved the indoor pool and hot tub for the cooler days, along with the lazy river and water slide outside. We wished the outdoor pool was heated as it was too cold to swim in most of the days we were there at the end of March. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. The bedding could be refreshed as it has some stains, and could have been a little more comfortable overall. Other than those minor things, the unit and property were perfect!

Nice but check the towels and bedding

What a gorgeous property, the view from the top floor was phenomenal! Decently stocked kitchen, lacks some spoons. Beds were comfortable. Easy access thru elevators and parking garage wasn’t packed at all which was a major plus. Unfortunately will not be staying at any of their properties again for the following reasons: 1. Towels and bedding were absolutely disgusting! Took me almost 2 days to wash the bedding. Someone took the time to fold the towels inside out and display…disgusting! They were full off self tanner and a extreme amount of makeup, the same was on the master sheets. 2. The light cover in the kitchen came off as I was walking across with a hot pan of food. Looked as if it clipped on. 3. There was no care by anyone about the above mentioned issues. Still no response to my email to date. 4. Parking garage security cannot see…put a notice on my vehicle 2 times about needing a parking pass. The parking pass was displayed on the drivers side dash as directed on the instructions. I even confirmed with front desk. 5. Was a HUGE pain getting beach chairs to the beach. Had a nice cart to hail them and they wouldn’t fit thru the door going from the elevators to the pool. Mind you there’s double doors but they kept one locked. I couldn’t imagine having a stroller trying to get thru. 6. Cigar smoking was allowed in the indoor pool area. This was allowed every night so my kids always came back to the room as they couldn’t stand it. 7. Someones dog puked in the elevator on New Year’s eve and it took a day before it was cleaned up. Luckily there’s 4 elevators to choose from. 8. There was a horrendous smell that cane from both the master bedroom closets.

Perfect family condo

Spent a week in this perfect family condo. Wonderful newer property, covered parking, and unit had everything we needed. Easy to get anywhere in Orange Beach. Fantastic condo!

This condo was everything we had hoped for and more! It was sparkling clean, spacious, comfortable beds, and the view just spectacular! We loved the lazy river and the convenience to everything The staff was very friendly and Clark, who rented this beautiful place to us, was very responsive and helpful. We would love to come back!

Orange Beach Mom’s Getaway

Place was wonderful and perfect for our needs. Enjoyed our stay tremendously. Condo very clean and had all the essentials needed. TV remotes did not work. Batteries were dead and/or corroded in remotes, but other then that everything was great.

Great condo

We had plenty of room for the seven of us. Two adults/ two teenagers/ three children. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The lazy river and water slide kept the children very entertained. Would absolutely rent this property again!

Did not want to leave

We loved our time in Orange Beach! This condo was perfect for our group. Plenty of space and the view was great! We enjoyed all the amenities; beach, pool, lazy river, etc. The condo was exactly as the pictures depicted. Easy walk to the beach. Never had to wait on the elevator for very long. Parking was never a problem either. We rented beach chairs and umbrellas for the week and the attendant was awesome. Loved this place and want to go back soon!!

Fantastic property and experience

Rented this property for spring break with my mom, husband and three children. The property was exactly as described and in the photos, check-in/check-out was seamless, and the building and location were great. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't great during our stay, but the indoor pool saved us! The condo was spacious, and I loved the kitchen and open layout. Everything was spotless and we didn't have to contact the property manager at all during our stay.
