Welcome to Oakridge Cottage in the heart of No Shores Nation! This updated cottage boasts four bedrooms and three baths, offering ample space for your family retreat. Situated on a spacious lot, it provides plenty of room for parking cars, trailers, and boats. This property is ideally located, just a short drive from the stunning Gulf of Mexico and surrounded by excellent shopping and dining options.

The cottage includes a King suite with a private bath and flat-screen TV in the first bedroom. The second suite features a Queen bed, private bath, and flat-screen TV. Additionally, there's a Queen bedroom and a bedroom with two twin beds. With a sleeper sofa, the property comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. We're excited to host your family's vacation and create lasting memories at this delightful cottage.

For Winter Season reservations (January and February), bookings made before October 1st require a 60-day (two months) minimum stay. Post-October 1st, reservations can be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or seven nights, dependent on unit specifications.

guests need to purchase Vehicle Registration Tags upon arrival. While linens are provided, please remember to bring your beach towels. The reservation also includes a 'starter set' of essentials.

The property policies mandate guests to be at least 25 years old, with photo ID required at check-in. Dogs are welcome, with a non-refundable pet fee of $225 per pet, and a maximum of two dogs are allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
