Welcome to our home away from home, close to everything and anything Orange Beach has to offer. We have sought to equip our condo to a high standard and to anticipate your needs for a luxurious stay. Breathtaking views and amazing sunsets from this beautiful corner unit condo located on the fourth floor at Phoenix VII. Go between the pool and the beach, enjoy pickle ball or cook dinner for friends and family on one of the many grills provided.

Our condo is fully stocked with everything you need for your vacation. Large flatscreen television in living room, two leather recliners, leather sofa sleeper and plenty of additional seating provided for a total sleeping capacity for ten.

Dining table with five chairs, a bench that seats up to three and three extra seats at the breakfast bar. Kitchen appliances are stainless with extra-large refrigerator, two ovens, one traditional and the other a convection oven. For you coffee lovers, Keurig and Mr. Coffee makers are provided.

Master bedroom offers king sized bed, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, beautiful view of the back bay and private balcony.
Second bedroom has queen sized bed, flatscreen television and third bedroom, two queen sized beds and wall mounted flat screen television. Both bedrooms have a window with a view of the gulf.

Spare bathroom with a tub/shower combination, full sized side by side washer and dryer in condo for your convenience.

Wrap around balcony has very comfortable seating for the whole family with gorgeous views. You are sure to enjoy your vacation here.

Parking is a breeze, included with the condo is two private covered parking spaces, G18 and G19.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Great location, gulfview, BUT

Great location and beach view, and comfortable beds. However, nothing else was satisfactory. The 2nd bathroom was filthy. The refrigerator had no lights, and did not make ice or water. There is a TV card showing channels but non worked. I had to install my own streaming in order to watch college football games. The dishwasher did not work and I reported this but it was n ever fixed. We left a day early because o. I would Not stay here again.

Amazing condo

Lovely condo with unobstructed views of the beach, easy access to underground parking spaces, upgraded appliances, comfortable beds, and large wrap around outdoor deck with sturdy, comfortable furniture. We were fortunate to have frequent dolphin sitings while lounging on the deck. This condo is close to restaurants, shopping, and outdoor nature activities making it the perfect place to stay. Beach walks are a favorite pastime, even in January. Our stay was a wonderful way to start the new year.

Perfect family vacation spot!

The property was immaculate. Furnishings are comfortable and every bit as beautiful as the pictures portray. Plenty of extra bedding, pillows, dishes, pots and pans etc. The views from the unit are amazing. We saw dolphins the second morning we were there! Plenty of space for everyone to hang out together and apart. We really enjoyed this rental. The keyless entry was extremely convenient-no worrying who has the key or anyone being locked out. Check in was a breeze and we were upstairs in the condo within five minutes of our arrival. Four elevators running made it easy to come and go. The reserved garage parking for the unit was definitely a plus also! The elevator runs down to the basement (beach level) for easy access to the swimming pools, beach access, and parking garage.We also enjoyed that it was super easy to load/unload the vehicle when we had groceries or anything to take upstairs because the Phoenix has grocery carts as well as luggage carriers at the garage entrance to the basement as well as at the main entrance upstairs near check-in.
