  • Regency Isle 809 on 2 makuuhuoneen, 2. 5 kylpyhuoneyksikkö, joka sijaitsee 8. kerroksessa näkymä valkoisiin hiekkarantoihin ja Meksikonlahteen. Nauti näistä kauniista näkymistä suurelta 300 neliömetrin parvekkeelta. Parvekkeelle pääsee olohuoneesta ja makuuhuoneesta. Olohuoneessa on Queen-sohva-nukkuja ja 58 tuuman UHD-älytelevisio. Täysin kalustetussa keittiössä on graniittitiskit, iso aamiaisbaari, Keurig, nopea Ninja-tehosekoitin, sisäänkäynti ruokakomero ja baarikeittiö erillisellä jääpalakoneella. Siellä on myös puoli kylpyamme ja kodinhoitohuone täysikokoisella pesukoneella ja kuivaajalla.

    Master-sviitissä on king-size-vuode, 43 tuuman taulutelevisio ja DVD-soitin. Master-kylpyhuoneessa on kaksi turhuutta, puutarha-amme ja erillinen suihkukaappi. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on 2 queen-size-vuodetta, 31 tuuman taulutelevisio ja oma kylpyhuone.

    Regency Isle -hotellin palveluihin kuuluvat ulkouima-allas, jota lämmitetään vain talvikuukausina, lämmitetty sisäuima-allas, huvimaja, grillipaikka, sauna, höyryhuone, kuntosali, aktiviteettihuone, TV ja WiFi kaikissa huoneissa.

We loved this condo and the location. Absolutely perfect. Beaches were quiet and clean and we enjoyed watching dolphins from the balcony every day. Highly recommend.

Great place for the whole family

Great place for the whole family to enjoy the beach. The condo was extremely quiet I did not hear any noise from the neighbors around us while we were inside the unit. The deck was amazing very large and plenty of room for everyone.

Perfect venue for a beach vacation.

The condo was superb. The vibe was perfect. The host was gracious. I really couldnt have asked for a better vacation stay. Getting a 2nd parking pass was a little cumbersome, but not terrible by any means.

Great Condo

Surprised to find an ice machine separate from the fridge. Huge walk in shower in the master. Loved the large balcony with table of 4, table of 2 and lounge chair. Nicest condo we have stayed in yet.

Good time in 809!

What a sweet time with family on our favorite beach! This condo was well appointed. Perks were full size washer and dryer for beach towels, working ice maker to fill up our cooler for the beach each day, and comfortable balcony furniture for both meal time and relaxing! Facility-wise, parking was easier than many other condos in this area, outdoor pool was clean and nice and the grills were in working order. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at RI809!

Spring break trip

The property was fine however it does need some updating….recliners sounded like they were falling apart when we sat in them. Extra ice maker was broken, no blinds or window coverings in the LR. We did enjoy the stay…location is good too.

Regency Isle 809

This is a nice and clean unit. We had issues with a broken dishwasher and ice maker. Liquid Life Maintenance was quick and was able to fix the dishwasher, but the ice machine was not able to be repaired. We survived without it and enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic condo - meh property mgmt

I had a great first trip to Orange Beach, and I would be happy to return again. The beach itself is very pretty - lovely white sand and lots of shells to collect. We really enjoyed the town - less wild than some of the big beach hot spots and almost no junky tourist traps. But it was an easy walk to good ol' Florabama! We ate at several fantastic waterfront restaurants. The condo itself was great. I loved the huge walk-in shower in the primary bathroom. I was very happy with the space/size, the furniture (especially lots of seating on the big balcony), and having THREE bathrooms - amazing! The only cons of the trip were tied to the property management company. They sent a digital guidebook with tons of info that seemed to be comprehensive. However, there was no parking info for our specific condo building (other than mentioning the parking pass will be on the kitchen counter). Figuring out where we could/should park was confusing. On the morning of our departure as we were busily packing, we were alarmed when someone tried to enter our unit. Thankfully, it was just the cleaning team, but they had been told by the property managers that our unit was already empty (I saw the text). And this was well before 10AM. But the most unforgiveable issue was that the bed sheets were 100% polyester - ugh. Polyester sheets are uncomfortable (especially if you get a sunburn) and SWEATY - no one wants that in a beach condo! Liquid Life really needs to reconsider this.

Reviewer Comments: Pros: AC works great, plenty of space for 4 adults and 1 child, beautiful views of the beach, elevators all worked great, checkin/out was very easy, friendly and helpful staff, short drive to restaurants/amenities Cons: not thoroughly cleaned (hairs in shower/sink, food splatters on kitchen wall, thick dust on ceiling fans/vents, crud on light switches, mold/mildew in master shower, black spots/water damage on carpet in master bath, stains on balcony patio, had to plunge a toilet before we used it, master bed too soft, short drive to any restaurants We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the condo. (See cons above.) The staff were very responsive and did offer to come back in and clean, but since we’d already settled in and didn’t want someone in our condo without us and we didn’t want to waste beach time, we opted to deal with the gunk. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and very much enjoyed our time. If I were guaranteed the condo would be clean, I would potentially stay here again. Besides a thorough deep clean, it also needs updating/a little TLC (lots of scratches/scuffs on walls and woodwork, furniture outdated, etc). Note: the condo does have a couple of umbrellas and chairs and several beach toys for kids. I didn’t see any comments mentioning that before, and it would’ve saved us some packing space had I known.To wrap it up, if cleanliness isn’t an issue for you, have no qualms about staying. There’s beach and ocean space a plenty and that’s really the best part anyway!

We really enjoyed the new recliners in the living room.The balcony is huge with nice furnishings! The beds are really comfy! We will definitely stay here again!

Fun Weekend in Orange Beach
