Seaside Beach & Racquet 2103 is located on the ground level of building 2 in the “tennis villas” with a slight, indirect gulf view from the spacious patio. This great condo is approximately 973 square feet with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can sleep up to 7 guests.

Features include: a well-equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, and WIFI. The living area has a sleeper-sofa, two reclining chairs, and a wicker chair. The dining area has seating for four plus an additional three at the breakfast bar. The master bedroom features a king bed, private bath, flat-screen TV, and patio access. The second bedroom features a queen bed, twin bed, and flat-screen TV. Making use of the sleeper-sofa in the living area, Seaside Beach & Racquets 2103 can sleep up to 7 guests.

This condo is on the beach side so no crossing a road to get to the beach, but it is NOT directly on the beach. To get to the beach from the condo, simply walk across the parking lot or follow the sidewalk along the west side of the complex. Beach chair and umbrella rentals are available through third-party beach service company during the Spring and Summer months. The tropical courtyard features two large outdoor pools, an expansive sundeck, gazebo, shuffleboard, and outdoor beach-side showers. Other amenities at Seaside Beach & Racquet include exercise room, sauna, indoor pool, tennis courts, a BBQ area with picnic tables. This gated community has an on-site security guard on duty.

Other Things to Note:
Parking for condo: Purchase parking pass ($50 per vehicle with a maximum of 2 vehicles) from guard at gate upon arrival. After passing guard gate, turn right immediately past tennis courts (between tennis court and building 2) and park in a space to the left. Unit 2103 is on the ground level. No trailers.
