Sunswept 204 on kauniisti sisustettu yksikkö, joka sijaitsee Orange Beachin sydämessä. Voit nauttia lahden edestä parvekkeella, joka on varustettu pöytä ja neljä tuolia. Great home for the week!

This was the perfect condo for my boyfriend and I. Right on the beach and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. We were nervous about being right above the pool, but with the doors closed we didn’t hear a thing. Overall, a great stay!

Great place right on the beach!

We loved being right on the beach. Great location with everything you can think of right in the area. Condo listing has check in as 3 pm but when we arrived we were told check in was not until 4-5 pm. They were cleaning the unit when we arrived and said they were mopping their way out the door. We went right up and it was not wet and didn’t looked like it had been mopped. Overall great place and we would stay again.

Perfect spot!

Upon entering the parking lot there are plenty of signs showing where to check in. Staff was great and very helpful checking in with detailed Instructions for access to pool and beach, hours of pool opera, and office hours with a call number for after hours if needed. The view was amazing from our balcony. It is right above the pool and with a great view of the ocean! Condo was clean and was in good shape. We did use the washer and dryer but no other appliances. It was easy to get to and get around to restaurants, shopping, and sight seeing. Beach access was so easy and the beach is so close! We loved it and will definitely be back! Thanks SunSwept!

Updating & cleanliness

Bathrooms & front doors were in poor shape. The floors were filthy, made your feet so dirty walking bare foot that we had to wear our sandals in the condo the whole time. Great view & pool. Great trip but a little better cleaning of the condo before guest arrive.

Quick Get-Away

The property was great and we enjoyed the time off to spend together. This was the first time in years were it was just the two of us without family members to spend together. Access to everything pool, beach, eateries, etc. was easy, which as I get older is a major plus.

Awesome Beach Views

The condo was perfect for two people. The private balcony overlooking the pool and the beach was super nice. The interior could use a little TLC (paint, light fixtures and new ceiling fans but other than that it more than met our needs. We look forward to coming back again.

Review of Sun Swept property

The view and location is second to none, excellent. The building as well as the unit we rented is in bad need of updating. There is work now being done to repaint outside, but a much deeper cleaning and renovation is needed. The pool and grounds around the pool are top notch.

Property not really that clean. Aldo nit notified that construction was going on!

The room itself was clean enough could have been cleaner icemaker did not work very well the property outside the room was not that clean the elevators were dirty inside and stayed that way most of the week and the hallways and breezeways were not very clean also they were having construction going on where they were completely tearing out walls of certain units and they may be tearing out a unit right next to your balcony but no one told you that before you rented the condo so you had workers almost on your balcony working all day long hammering screwing beating making noise it was unable to sit on your balcony during the day and you would want to keep your blinds closed to keep the construction workers from looking in your condo while you were inside . We should have been told that there was construction going on before we rented the unit and we probably would have looked elsewhere!

The Secret's Out

The secret is out - everyone from hundreds of miles and several states away has discovered OB/GS, leaving those of us who live nearby very little choices. That said, this was a great condo for our small family - we highly recommend. We walked across the street to Walmart, Souvenir City, Rouse's, beignets, and ice cream. Canal road was 5 minutes away. Condo was clean and had a great view. Being on the 2nd floor, we took the stairs which were right by the parking lot and pool. We didn't need shoes to go to the pool/beach - we were that close. Security guard on site and property management. Beach was very crowded, but that's due to all the high rises being built everywhere and is now a normal thing for all of OB/GS. Thanks Coastal Properties for a great trip!!

I read reviews online after booking..Seen several say things about cockroaches..We never seen not one roach!! Our room was very clean .I gave 4 stars because of the gnats around the kitchen sink because of the garage disposal.

Fit out needs

The weather may not have cooperated but we had a nice few days of relaxation. The bed was comfortable and the condo had everything we needed except a broom to keep sand out. We opened the sliding glass doors during a nightly thunderstorm and didn’t realize how much sand would blow in. The vacuum was not the best.

Nice but noisy

Great location and great view! However, our ocean view was interrupted daily by racket from both adults and kids at the pool right below us - from mid morning til 10pm daily! They were just having fun but next time we’ll ask for a top floor room!
