  • Phoenix West II 1901 on 4 makuuhuoneen, 4. 5 kylpyhuone Gulf-edessä yksikkö.

    Se on noin 2500 sq. Ft valtava Ulottumamitan parveke pääsee olohuone ja itään näkymät.

    Master Suite on king-vuode, 55 tuuman taulu Smart TV ja kylpyhuone, jossa poreallas, iso walk-in laatta suihku dual suihkusuuttimet ja kaksi turhamaisuus.

    Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on myös 2 täysi sänkyä, joissa on oma kylpyhuone ja kaksinkertaiset suihkupäät ja kolmas makuuhuone tarjoaa king-size-vuoteella ja kylpyhuoneella.

    Neljäs makuuhuoneessa on myös 2 täyttä vuodetta. Olohuoneessa on myös sohva nukkuja.

    Kaikissa huoneissa on taulutelevisio ja DVD-soitin.

    Langaton Internet-yhteys on käytettävissä sekä täysin varustettu keittiö, jossa ruostumattomasta teräksestä laitteet Induktiokeittotaso, suuri saari bar, baarikeittiö, jossa jääpalakone ja viininjäähdytin ja täysikokoinen pesin ja kuivain.

    Olohuoneessa on taulutelevisio ja lattiasta kattoon ulottuvat ikkunat.

Orange Beach

Property was spacious, beautiful and the perfect place for a multi-generational vacation. Two bedrooms had king sized beds which was a huge plus. The view from the balcony was spectacular. We would love to stay in this same condo again.

Wonderful Vacation!

This condo exceeded our expectations! The condo was very neat/clean, beautifully decorated and very spacious. The view from the 19th floor balcony was wonderful! We throughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning and staying in this condo again in the future!

During the check-in process liquid life was switching to new system and I was unable to complete check-in via the link/ap. The young lady who helped me check in the old fashioned way did a great job and was very patient with me while I tried to get a good enough connection in order to complete the process.

Truly an Oasis

I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the condo. It was a clean, spacious, and perfect. The dining room table is perfect for puzzles! We had a blast and would definitely book again.

Great space

We try to book a beach vacation every summer with our family. The space and kitchen was great. The wrap around deck was nice. We cooked almost every meal because it is too hard to go out to eat after a long day at the beach with young children. It was nice to have a storage pantry and a large kitchen to accommodate cooking for 14 people. Would stay again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We vacation in OBA every summer and this year was by far the best we have ever had. The condo was clean and very comfortable and spacious Family agrees we have found our forever vacation spot. The staff at Liquid Life were very responsive and easy to work with.

Gulf Shores Condo

The size and location of the condo is great. Would have liked the kitchen to be a little more stocked, but it had all the essentials. The balcony was a perfect size and we had a lot of room to spread out. With each bedroom having a bathroom, it kept the adults from being able to not share with the kids!! The building elevators were a mess to deal with but that had nothing to do with the property itself.

Family Fun in Orange Beach

Condo was clean, roomy and beautiful view from balcony. Plenty of room for 9 adults and 4 kids. Great kitchen, eating area. After maintenance fixed air on first day, the condo was cool for the trip. Ice maker didn’t work, but fridge provided some ice. Pool was shut down several times, weather related.Overall very satisfied with rental.

Spring Break with Family and Friends

The property was great, we had two families of four with plenty of room for everyone. Having 5 bathrooms made it easy to get ready in the mornings. The elevators were no problem in late March, but I could see that as a problem if the building was at capacity. One area for improvement would be softer / newer mattresses for adults, they were much thinner than the mattresses on the double beds.

Our Stay July 3-10, 2022

The location of the property was perfect. Pros: 1. We had our very own fireworks show right below our balcony on the 19th floor on the 4th of July, was spectacular. 2. The space was sufficient 3. The AC worked wonderfully. 4. Loved the large pantry. Cons: 1. The elevators were a nightmare, waiting sometimes up to 45 minutes, a bunch of very unhappy people on this property. 2. I saw some old reviews about the furniture being very stained and would have thought that would have been addressed, but it wasn't, there should be a more durable fabric in a property you are renting. 3 . The refrigerator is very old and when we first opened it a shelf fell out, my husband went to Walmart and got a part to fix it. It did not cool well at all. 4. I love to cook and was looking forward to that since in the pictures it looked like a big kitchen. The stove was very old, as well as the dishwasher, there was no quality cookware or knives at all and the serving dishes were very scarce. 5. A couple of the sinks in the bathrooms would not drain properly, my husband fixed them. 6. I wish there was a property management company that would let you visit the property before you rent, know that's not going to happen, but I'd at least know what additional items I would need to bring and get an idea of what I was renting. Pictures can be very deceiving.

Horrible elevator situation unacceptable

Renting property was easy. Management was fine. Condo was nice. Extremely long wait times at elevators every day. Apparently this a long term problem. Will avoid this property. M

Family beach trip 2022

Love the Phoenix West II however this trip the elevators were a real problem and being on the 19th floor made for really long waits almost every time going to pool or beach. Love the Lazy River. Would be nice if the poolside concession was open .

The only problem we had was microwave would not work at times. We called twice about it and they said they were sending someone up and no one ever came. When we arrived still had a lot of sand on the floors. I assumed floors forgot to be cleaned so I had to start vacuuming.

Shelves in Clinton closets down. We had stayed in this condo twice before in 2018 and 2019. It needs updating
