Phoenix V has a very helpful staff at the front desk, a large lobby and plenty of seating lets you relax with a view of the Gulf, have a cup of coffee and/or watch television.
The master bedroom has a King-size bed with a brand new mattress, mounted television, and door to the balcony. The guest room has two Queen beds, one with a brand new mattress, large chest of drawers and TV, and an ensuite bathroom.
There is a brand new Queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The dining table has seating for six.
The kitchen is fully stocked, has a brand new stove, and all the appliances needed for cooking. For coffee drinkers, there’s a regular coffee maker and a Keurig.
Our amenities include: gated splash pad for the kids in a pirate ship theme next to the outdoor pool, indoor pool, three hot tubs, fitness room, racquetball courts, tennis courts, basketball court, barbecue pits with gazebos nearby, snack machines, ice machines and a meeting room.
You are close to a neighborhood Walmart, Publix, many restaurants, shopping malls, souvenir shops. Adventure Island is across the street, which the whole family will enjoy.
