With a king in the master, queen in BR #2, full + twin in BR #3, & a sleeper-sofa in the living area, unit 1006 can accommodate up to 9 guests.

The Space:
Windward Pointe 1006 is a west-corner gulf front unit offering breath-taking beach views and an expansive wrap-around balcony,

Windward Pointe 1006 is fully furnished and nicely appointed, giving you all of the comforts of home in a beach-side tropical paradise located in the heart of Orange Beach. The living area features a sleeper-sofa, two accent chairs, coffee table, a large mounted flat-screen TV and balcony access. The well-equipped island kitchen features granite counters, custom cabinets, blender, a drip coffee maker, and plenty of counter space.

Windward Pointe 1006 situated on the west corner of the 10th floor, offering stunning beach views. The expansive wrap-around balcony is furnished with a table with seating for 6, Adirondack chairs, plus loungers.

The master bedroom features a king bed, private bath, and balcony access. With a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a full bed plus a twin bed in the third bedroom, this lovely condo can sleep up to nine people if you make use of the sleeping sofa in the living area. We also have a washer & dryer, wireless internet, and wood-like tile floors throughout.

Windward Pointe complex offers all the great amenities that you should expect from a resort destination, such as a heated indoor pool, outdoor beachside pool, children's wading pool, indoor hot tub, sauna, well-equipped exercise room, stainless steel charcoal grills, covered pavilion and tennis/ basketball/ pickleball court.

Guest Access:
Windward Pointe complex offers all the amenities you could want with indoor/outdoor pools, a children's wading pool, an indoor hot tub, sauna, well equipped exercise room, stainless steel grills by the beach and pool, covered pavilion and tennis/basketball courts. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available in the summer season for daily or weekly rentals.

The Neighborhood:
Windward Pointe is located in the heart of Orange Beach, near all of the shopping dining, and entertainment that our area has to offer.

Other Things to Note:
Parking fee is NOT included with the rental and currently costs $50/stay/vehicle (subject to change per HOA). Two vehicle max per HOA rules. If you have third vehicle, we offer overflow parking at our office which is across from the complex ($50) subject to availability.

No beach stuff is provided so you will need to bring your own. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available in the summer season for daily or weekly rentals through a third-party beach service company and you are certainly welcome to use your own. There is a Dollar General across the street with a great selection of beach stuff.
