”I paid 1058.00 hoping to enjoy a quiet getaway. The hotel is nice and close to everything, at least it seems. I had ants all over the balcony which I did not realize until attacked. There were never enough towels in the bathroom and staff was rude when I requested more. The hot tub didn’t work properly and the young man at the desk (not the black one) had an entire attitude when queried about it. ”When you say pet friendly and i received multiple calls because other guests complained. After 830 am and we were with them regularly. The other guests should not be by guests with pets or stay at a non pet friendly hotel. Also the only access to beach is by shuttle or driving. And breakfast was not stayed correctly we needed a breakfast coupon. Falsely advertised. The only place for a pet is a small pice of grass. Not a beach for pets.”
