”First room was extremely noisy due to surrounding road traffic. Staff was very accommodating, moving us to the back of the building where it was much quieter.”

”Poor lighting, poor hot water, horrible Wi-Fi. Refrigerator froze everything and a microwave and phone was unable to to be used due to now power cords and outlets.”

”Breakfast was fine, pool had many bugs and tree debris. Room was very clean. Carmen at the front desk was kind. Elevators made horrible noises. Fyi despite being a gold member was not given a welcome drink because of the method booked. That was a first for me. Wouldnt be my first choice to stay again but if i had to it would be fine.”

”The room was very clean the staff was excellent especially the Spanish lady on second shift I was unable to locate the hotel I had to call her three times and without attitude or any sense of anger she talked me right in to the hotel with no issues we were there for basketball tournament so we had early games so we ddnt get a chance to have breakfast…parking was ok but as to be expected with so many different teams and other regular travelers but overall it was a pleasant experience ”

”Pay to park is a joke !! $4.15 a day to park,sad that they nickel & dime guests… Staff was excellent and friendly,breakfast was very good ! I’m an early riser and went to lobby for coffee,was warm @ best and sat all night,could do better and have fresh coffee made for early morning people.Over all I’d stay again but that “pay to park” when there is plenty of parking is a joke …”

”Got woke up at midnight by next door person with the TV all the way up. Found live roches in the chair. Place smelled bad, checked out the next morning and went to another hotel. Would not recommend”

”Everything was great, I highly recommend this place!!”

”They are actively transitioning to new ownership and under renovation. We found a small roach in the bathroom. Bed was not comfortable, felt old, and dirty. Old AC unit that made the room have a smell. Just overall dirty. We almost left and went back home but it was over an hour away and we got there late. So we decided to suck it up since we had an event in the morning that was 10 minutes away.”

”Everything was good but the room was not clean. Looked like that had not vacuumed on the side of the bed near window! Chips on ground near headboard of the bed and dirt next to the movable chair. ”

”Lot's of cockroaches. My husband killed 6 in the bathroom.The room was clean, the tv worked, and they even had the Western Channel.”
