This hotel is a small operation, family owned. They have done an excellent job of keeping the place clean and in great condition. HIGHLY recommend!

We just had a one night stay while in town to watch my nephew play baseball for Northwestern college. The room was clean and nicely kept. We didn't go for breakfast , as we went out with family while we were there, but the area was a pretty small space. That being said , it did look clean and well kept. Overall it was a nice place to stay at a good price for one night.

It was very clean and comfortable...just outdated, you could tell the property was older. Only complaint was the recliner in the room has seen better days.....

Cleanest Hotel I have ever been in.
I have been on the road for almost 30 years. I can't say I have ever stayed in a cleaner hotel. Highly recommend this place and if I need to stay in the area again, i will stay here!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Dutch Inn. We had a wonderful, spacious and clean room with a very comfortable mattress. The owners were very accommodating and the breakfast spread was great. The cost was also very reasonable. I would highly recommend this place when you come to Orange City. We were there for 3 nights and had no issues.

We were very pleasantly surprised when staying here. This is not our first visit to Orange City and previously we had stayed at a chain hotel. We decided to guve The Dutch Inn a try as it was literally half the price and in the same lkcation. We were pleasantly greeted when checking in and everything was clean and in tip top condition. This will definitely be our go to for future visits.

Needs better front desk people
I stayed here for two nights and requested one hour late check out. They refused the late check out even though the hotel wasn’t that busy. Also it took me 10 minutes to get a wifi password on the phone. And it was very very hard to understand his English.

Don't expect a lot of frills, but the property was clean, in really nice condition, and a great deal. Front desk was friendly, and a decent breakfast. I had no complaints and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Stayed here for a wedding and we arrived late. Check in process was easy and the staff was friendly. Not much parking and parking spots were small-not ideal for SUV’s or trucks.
