”Breakfast is very light”

”This place has new owners (thank goodness because the previous reviews were horrible). The rooms are newly remodeled and are more modern and honestly very nice. However, the TV remote is not user friendly, the sign says HBO is included but we could not use it, the roll of toilet paper left in our room was used, there was no phone available in the room to connect with the front desk / owners, the phone number on the website is not active (the male owner said spectrum has not yet hooked them up -...

”Honestly, we were disappointed with our 2-night stays. Not only 1 room, but 2 rooms. The rooms are dated, and both bathrooms were broken. Overall, it's even worse than the $150 Motel 8. The toilet was kid-sized. The water level in the toilet bowl was very high. The toilet water touched my butt. The showerhead and handheld switch were broken, and the bathtub was clogged. The USB connectors on the desk lamp bases in both rooms were loose and unusable. Bugs’ dead body hangs on the ceiling....

”I loved being close to the pool - my back wasn’t happy with the bed so I had to leave a day early so I could walk… the floor boards in the room need to be glued down as they are buckling - the staff was amazing - it was fun to go sit at the pool every morning and read - location is great! Not sure why I smelled cigarette smoke in my room - possibly the vents???”

”What room was smelling bad the floor was carpet and it was wet the stuff not helpful at all the air conditioning was barley working there were roaches and there was a lot of trash in the closet”

”Probably less than 1 star hotel , only recommended if you are desperate for a room to sleep, if you are looking for a free breakfast don’t expect more than a waffle and a coffee.”

”We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff members were very attentive. They accommodated all of our requests and everyone showed such kindness to me and my husband. We ate at the restaurant more than once and the food and service were excellent. The room was nice and comfortable and the lake behind the property made for a really nice view. I highly recommend this property. It’s also well situated within walking distance of restaurants and also close to shopping.”
