Summary:
This charming three-bedroom home located on the very desirable Byng Street has recently undergone a renovation and has been lovingly styled with attention to detail. The interior boasts a modern design, featuring an open-plan living and dining area along with three spacious bedrooms.

The exterior of the home offers a very large and private outdoor space perfect for entertaining, and the home is conveniently located near local shops, restaurants, the bowling alley and ANZAC park.

The Neighborhood:
Our home is located in a desirable neighbourhood in Orange. This area is known for its leafy streets and beautiful heritage homes.
Dudley Private Hospital, ANZAC Park and Orange Tenpin Bowl are all within 2km of the home.
There are also numerous local shops, restaurants, cafes, parks, bars and pubs in the area, offering a diverse range of cuisine and entertainment options.
A short walk away you will find the East Orange district where you'll find Nile Street Café, Bills Beans Café and SMH Hatted Restaurant 'Charred'.

really comfortable, clean and well catered, the extra little touches and supplies were very thoughtful and made us feel welcome. The cottage was very clean, comfy warm beds, extremely well designed for a smallish cottage - We didn't want to leave!

A lovely relaxing family reunion

The property was perfect for our multi generational family reunion…it catered perfectly for the younger members of our family and older members … the deck and verandah we used every day, the yard was a good size for kids… the kitchen had everything, we needed, the rooms were a good size, the home was beautifully decorated … loved our stay

Enjoyable stay - property managers are awesome

House is a great size for family/friends. Lots of special extras in property and a great sized yard. Back deck was lovely for breakfast and happy hour. Some small issues with property however these were dealt with and sorted within an hour - would stay again

Very comfortable stay in Orange

We enjoyed our stay. Pete kept in constant contact making sure we had everything we needed. A great space for 2 couples. Heating in each room is great. Parking is good and there is a lovely sun filled deck out the back to enjoy a drink and relax. A comfortable lounge space, there was a full size fridge and washer and dryer available to use. 2 bathrooms were definitely plus. Beds were comfortable and there are plenty of blankets and cupboard space.

Neat cottage

Our group of four enjoyed the stay in the cottage however as we are in our seventies and eighties we found that it was a longer walk to the town centre than was advertised. Plenty to see and do around the Orange area.

Great place to stay, within walking distance to town

The place was ideal for us, we were in town to do some mtn bike riding. It has all the necessary mod cons one requires, very clean and the beds were great.
