Grand Stirling features split systems in the living area and home theatre room. Ducted heating & cooling is featured throughout the home upstairs, including in all four bedrooms. A colour-changing mist maker has been appointed to the living area for decorative use only. All four bedrooms have been equipped with electric blankets, alongside a ceiling fan in bedroom 1/master bedroom.
