Kilarra House is heated throughout the ground floor via ducted heating, serving all four ground-floor bedrooms and the main living areas. The fifth bedroom upstairs has its own split-system air conditioning. A second split system in the kitchen provides additional climate control on the ground floor.

Kilarra House sits at 52 Byng Street, one of Orange's most tree-lined and walkable stretches, with the CBD less than two blocks away. Byng Street Local Store and Union Bank Bar and Restaurant are within easy walking distance, alongside Cook Park, Zona, The Gladstone Hotel, Anything Grows, The Peacock Room, Duntryleague Golf Course and the Greenhouse of Orange. Cellar door tastings at Orange's surrounding vineyards are a short 10-minute drive.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire property for the duration of their stay.

This property has a fireplace that you are more than welcome to use if you wish. Instructions are in the home and also in your check in details closer to your arrival. Firewood is not provided, however, there are several local providers or you can message us ahead of time and we can help you organise to have some available when you arrive.
