⛰️ STEEP DOWNWARD SLOPE: The home sits on a downward slope—please use caution walking/driving.

🏙️ ROOPTOP CAPACITY: Max 8 people (~1,600 lb)—please be mindful with the max capacity and proceed with caution using the stairs leading to the rooftop area.

🔐 Security: Exterior cameras are located around the outside of the property (front door, driveway, side, and backyard). There are no cameras inside the home. Cameras are for safety and incident review only.

🐾 Pets: Pets are welcome with prior approval! 🐶 An extra $150 pet cleaning fee applies (max 2 pets, under 30 lbs).
🐾Pet Cleanup: Please pick up after your dog and dispose of waste using the bags/bins provided.
Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee.

🧹 Street Sweeping: 2ND & 4TH MONDAY - please move your car to avoid tickets & don’t block the sidewalk 🚫🚘

🌿🗑️Maintenance & Trash: Gardeners may stop by to keep everything fresh & clean. They will also come to take care of the trash bins outside. They’ll be quick and respectful of your privacy.
