Sunrise on Serenity is a newly constructed waterfront home nestled in a quiet, semi-wooded cul-de-sac on the northern end of the lake. Whether it's movie night, family board game night, a game of ping pong or Foosball, relaxing with a good book, or all of the above, we've got you covered. Watching breathtaking sunrises is an ideal way to begin your fun-filled days. While gazing at awe inspiring sunsets is the perfect way to end each evening.
The space
Sunrise on Serenity is ready for hosting your friends and family with a well thought out, fully equipped kitchen - perfect for everyday meals or a holiday feast. Make your morning coffee by the pod or by the pot. The outdoor dual propane/charcoal grill with smoker is also perfect for testing out your grilling skills. We've also included a convertible high chair for the convenience of those with a little one... or two.

High-speed Wi-Fi is provided to connect your devices and allow for smooth work from home scenarios on the off chance it's needed. Each bedroom and the common living spaces have smart TV's for you to stream your favorite shows and movies from your personal accounts or enjoy watching the provided YouTube TV.

With four bedrooms, including two kings and a semi-private bunk area, sleeping is sure to be serene. It will sleep 10 adults comfortably with max occupancy being 10 adults and 2 children. The main level houses three of the bedrooms. Bedroom 1- King bed with private bath, Bedroom 2- Queen bed, Bedroom 3- Double bed. The shared bathroom is also on this level. The basement houses the remaining sleeping quarters. Bedroom 4- King bed with shared bath. Semi-private area with double bunk beds. A pack-n-play is also provided.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house with the exception of the garage and an owners' closet in the basement.
Other things to note
There are multiple ways to enjoy the beautiful outdoor spaces. Both the upper deck and ground level patio are comfortably furnished with the former offering a propane firepit table. You may also enjoy gathering around the back yard firepit. Feel free to collect fallen branches and kindling on the property or bring your own firewood prior to arrival. Please do not cut or break any trees on the property.

There are plenty of water attractions, wineries, breweries and history sites in the local area to explore.

For your comfort child/animal safe extermination services are employed at this residence; however, this may produce some deceased insects around the property between the cleaning crew and occupancy or during your stay
This is a water front-water view home.
You are welcome to bring your kayaks, paddle boards, or canoes to put in at the water's edge
Additional Information:

There are outdoor cameras on property
Absolutely NO SMOKING indoors or on any vinyl decking. If smoking outdoors, keep away from the home and dispose of butts in a proper trash recepticle.
We do not allow parties or events
Although we love our furry companions, we do not allow our guests to bring their pets.
We are a Friday to Friday rental during the summer season.
