Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. The noise was even worse because the door of my balcony couldn't be closed completely. Sound proofing in my room was also very poor and I could hear my neighbors and people walking on the aisle. There was also smell of smoking coming into my room...

Some sort of shuttle to restaurants, bars and the cruise port would be welcome, especially for seniors.

”At night, the hotel location felt like we shouldn’t venture out… there was a ton of homeless and drug deals going on right down the street. The hotel itself was adequate. It was clean, the beds were super comfortable and they offer valet parking for $45 a night.”

”The front desk staff was wonderful! I did not catch their names, but the gentleman who checked us in around noon on Saturday, October 3rd was so helpful! The gentleman who was there at just before midnight on Saturday, October 3rd and still there at around 8:00AM when we checked out on Sunday, October 4th was so funny and nice! My husband and I talked to him for several minutes about football. He was fantastic. Great service!”

”⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
My girl and I chose this hotel mainly because of how close it was to the Ravens stadium for a 1 PM game, and it ended up being a great choice! The hotel was within walking distance of the stadium, which made game day super easy.
The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming, even though we were there cheering for the opposing team 😂. Valet parking was reasonably priced, the amenities were great, and our room was clean and comfortable. The bed was nice and soft too.

”Paikka hyvä liikkumisen kannalta, julkinen liikenne lähellä. Hotelli uudistettu vanhaa tyyliä mukaillen, kunto hyvä. Parisängyt aika kapeita kahdelle, liian pehmeitä meidän makuun. Espanjan kielitaito olisi eduksi siivoojien kanssa kommunikointiin. Henkilökunta ystävällistä.”
