”The reception told I would get a quiet room that I had requested upon booking. Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. The noise was even worse because the door of my balcony couldn't be closed completely. Sound proofing in my room was also very poor and I could hear my neighbors and people walking on the aisle. There was also smell of smoking coming into my room...

”My mom and I stayed a single night for a concert. This hotel is just across the street from CFG Bank Arena, where the concert was being held, making the location very convenient. ”Housekeeping cleaned our room everyday, emptied the trash, changed the used towels. and made the beds. We went to Oriole park at Camden yards for a couple baseball games safely walking 1/2 a block, Baltimore National aquarium, Fort McHenry, Poe's house and graveside, Babe Ruth birthplace, and Mount Vernon place conservatory, using the light rail, walking, and the free busline.”
