”We were in a accessible room but it is really not accessible room for someone with mobility issues. Bed was to high. Also shouldn't have to climb over tub. It should be walk in shower with a bench. Then going to get out of shower slipped and down I went. Had to have paramedics come to help get me out of shower floor.”

”The room was fine, and had a microwave and fridge. The shower was slippery, and water splashed everywhere because there was nothing separating it from the floor. The residents staying there would make most people uncomfortable. I believe several of them lived there. There was a lot of traffic in and out; people were sleeping in their cars, and working on cars in the parking lot.”

”Hotel was clean enough. But not CLEAN. The dust was noticeable on fixtures in the hallway, elevator was dirty. Pool tiles were missing and had a film on them. Bathroom sink was clean but shower had mold. Bed was super comfy. Pillows were great. Breakfast was good. I would stay again if passing through, but wouldn't go out of my way to stay there.”

”Staff, cleanliness, breakfast, bed comfort, AC all get 5 stars. Our only disappointment was that there was no way to stream movies or charge devices with USB cord. Staff informed us that the streaming had been down throughout the hotel for a week and the new GM was trying to have it fixed. Disappointed because we were on a girls trip and brought popcorn and a movie list. The room had outlets which included USB ports, but they were not functional. I would still stay here again as the complaints...
