Superior-näkymän kahden makuuhuoneen huoneisto nukkuu 6 aikuista mukavasti ja siinä on päämakuuhuone, jossa on king-size-vuode, yksi vuodesohva ja sisäänrakennetut komerot; toinen makuuhuone, jossa queen-size-vuode, toinen yhden hengen vuodesohva ja sisäänrakennetut komerot; kaksi täysin modernia kylpyhuonetta; olo / ruokailuhuone, jossa 3 - 2 sohva ja 8-paikkainen ruokapöytä; täysikokoinen täysin varustettu moderni keittiö baarilla; pesula (pesukone-kuivausrumpu) / varastotila / käytävä.

Siellä on myös tavallinen parveke (makuuhuoneen vieressä) ja suurempi parveketerassi (olo / ruokasalin vieressä), joista jokaisesta on panoraamanäköala merelle. Tämä yksikkö tarjoaa sinulle 1 300 neliömetriä asuintilaa. Maksuton langaton laajakaistayhteys, kaapeli-TV, kolme teräväpiirto-taulutelevisiota (olohuoneessa ja molemmissa makuuhuoneissa), DVD-soitin ja stereosarja ovat käytettävissä mukavuutesi vuoksi. Tämä yksikkö sijaitsee Eagle (= rannan puolella) rakennuksessa toisessa kerroksessa (vieressä Superior Studio -huoneistoon). - Nukkuu korkeintaan 6.

Wonderful stay with Prestige Vacations

Me, my husband, and my 9 month old son had a wonderful time at the Oceania Residence hosted by Prestige. The Prestige team was incredibly communicative and helpful ahead of and during our stay. The layout of the condo was perfect for my infant - there was a carpet in the living room where he could play and not too much stuff to get into when he crawled around. The floors were nice and clean. The bedrooms are down the hall from the living room, so during the day he could enjoy a quiet nap while we relaxed in the main living space. The wifi was strong enough for my baby monitor. The fridge has filtered water for baby bottles. Also, you can't beat the location of this condo!! Several places to eat within walking distance, and so easy to go down to the pool and beach for short bursts during the day. There's a supermarket just a 5 min drive away. We had a wonderful time and hope to come back!! Thank you for the lovely vacation.

We love the Oceania Residences and working with Prestige was easy and efficient.

Awesome pools, ocean views, <2 miles to other popular beaches and resorts via a walking and bike path. There is currently construction taking place on either side (Spring 2023). Overall we love this property.

Fantastic location, great layout for family

This place was perfect for our family of 4! We had room to spread out, and everything we needed to be at home and comfortable for our week! The pools are great at the complex, and the beach is right across the street. The street was never a problem--it's not busy, cars do not go fast, and almost all stop for someone crossing, so it wasn't a concern. There is a long promenade full of walkers, runners, and bikers that extends the length of the beach, and it's such a nice thing to be able to get out and exercise and see the beach the whole way, as the view is never blocked by buildings! There are restaurants all around, and everything is just so close and easy to get to. We rented a car, which I recommend just to get out and explore!

Great stay; not ideal for toddler

So firstly, let me say that this stay was exactly as advertised. All of the small complaints we had did not take away from the amazing location and service! The pools were exceptional, all of the staff were friendly and responsive, and the condo was spacious. It came with all of the towels, basic kitchen-ware, dishwasher tablets, and more! The only drawbacks were a few small items that wouldn't have at all been a problem if we didn't have a toddler with us. One of the bathroom's showers did not have a plastic seal between the doors, so the water escaped all over the bathroom. Also, the tile was super slippery for the little one. However, to be fair, I think pretty much ALL condos in Aruba have tile floors, so this is not specific to this one. The final issue is that the pullout mattresses on the couch were not comfortable; you could feel the springs. My 5-year old did not complain at all about it but us adults would not have been able to sleep on them. Overall though, really great stay! Perfect for any family that may be toddler-less.

Great location in Eagle Beach. Condo is starting to show some wear and tear. Check in communication and introduction to Property was a little lacking. Overall Aruba is great

Excellent place to stay on Aruba

The apartment was just as we’d hoped. It was clean, well stocked, plenty of space and an excellent location. Management was at all times responsive from start to checkout. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

It's Aruba!

Five guys on mancation. The condo is huge and accommodated us nicely. Was great having a washer and dryer in unit. The grounds are meticulously manicured. Walking distance to supermarket, several restaurants and casinos. Short bus ride to high rise district where all of the action is. Drawbacks, the pullout beds very uncomfortable. Mattresses very thin and worn. Ended up using the couch cushions to make them sleepable. would also like to have had black out curtains in bedrooms. got very light early in morning when trying to sleep in on vacation. Oh...add ESPN(US) to channel lineup. ;) Would stay there again if we ever go back.

We really enjoyed the stay.

We have a few suggestions regarding our room. The clothes dryer is sitting up off the floor about four inches and it constantly would slide off the four inch high blocks and the dryer would then start banging on the shutter doors as it moved toward the hallway. I know how to resolve this issue. First, raise the electrical receptacle behind the dryer at least eight inches upward. This would permit the dryer to be moved back toward the wall about five inches. Then, temporarly remove the dryer and frame a wood platform a few inches high that the dryer feet can be fastened to so it does not move. This will also allow the dryer to be properly leveled. Second suggestion: Add a second interior door on the opening between E 225 and E 224 in addition to the single door that is currently in place. This would reduce the sound transmission level between the two rooms. It would also provide a bit more security for both users. Third suggestion: Repair the digital entry keys for the safe. We would definitely come back in the future. Thank you.
