This 2 bedroom condo is the perfect accommodation for a family of 4.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has 2 bedrooms with each their own bathroom, own smart TV and own closet space.
The living area is spaceous and comfortably cool and has a dining table and seating area. The fully equipped kitchen has a full size fridge, stove, pots and pans, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, and of course all the needed dishes and silverware to comfortably prepare any meals at home.
Living area has large smart TV with cable and Netflix access.
We have great and easy to carry Tommy Bahama beach chairs for you so you can just walk out your door and bring your chairs and save a bundle on beach chair rental.
We also have a cooler and beach towels so you can pack light. In case you would like to wash, there even is a laundromat on property, for just USD 3 per wash.

There is Security at the condominium and the area is very safe. We also have a safe for you in the bedroom so you can store your valuables.
We are masters in cleanliness, so this condo is spotless.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
Upon arrival, there is a cash cleaning fee of $160 USD for the cleaning after your stay. This is not charged through VRBO because your rental payment goes to the homeowners' bank account in America. The cleaning gets done by a local company in Aruba, so it is more efficient to have the cleaning paid out on location.

We highly recommend you take out travel insurance as soon as you book your trip as this provides you with immediate cover for unforeseen emergencies. Travel insurance helps cover financial losses associated with surprise circumstances that could ruin a trip, including illness, injury, accidents, flight or other transportation delays, and other issues. Please understand that if you do not have travel insurance, any losses because of emergencies will be at your own risk and we uphold our VRBO cancellation policy and only refund according to this policy.

Your water and electricity is INCLUDED in your rental.
However, we do ask our guests to be energy concious and report running toilets, turn off AC when the rooms are not in use.
