Another amazing vacation in this beautiful home. Everything we needed for beach was provided- chairs/ cooler/ floats. Location couldn't be better! Steps from Eagle beach (the best beach in Aruba) with its soft white sand and turquoise water. We had a sea turtle swim with us. The large lanai is where we spent most of our house time- playing family card games late into the evening and eating our meals using the grill and hot tub. There is an outdoor shower which is essential to keep sand off the floors as walking to from beach for snacks/ drinks or bathroom is so easy. Thanks for sharing your home Elizabeth and for being so responsive/ helpful. We will be back.

Best vacation rental on an amazing island! Best unit we felt at this complex. A few of the amazing things we loved: the view, the proximity to pools, private hot tub, beach & palapas, the spaciousness of the unit, the six beach chairs, 2 floats, two person umbrella if you didn’t get a palapa, one set of adult flippers and a cooler. This area of Eagle beach takes you away from the hustle and bustle of other areas if you enjoy that. Many restaurants within walking distance. Very secure and gated community. Unit is very clean.The entire property of Oceania was minimally occupied during our mid-October visit, which meant 0-10 people ever in any pool.

We loved everything about this condo in Aruba! The view from the private patio overlooking Eagle Beach was stunning - the sunsets…. Just a perfect view. Walking to the beach - just a few steps through the gate (code is given upon arrival) made it super easy to access. The condo was spacious, clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen! The ice maker in the fridge kept up with our needs!Everyone reported comfy beds and good sleeping. The air conditioner was cold and the showers were hot! Parking at the condo was easy with assigned spots so you never had to drive around to find your parking place. The gated parking lot was safe and the attendant checked every car coming in to make sure they were where they were supposed to be.Grocery store was close by - short drive to ask other beaches in the area. Communication was excellent - they responded to any needs that came up super fast!Lots of beach towels.SIX Beach chairs and an umbrella.The pool next to the Eagle building was closed for maintenance, however, there was a giant pool within a 3 minute walk.The jacuzzi on the patio was convenient - we never got in because of the heat but it was clean and ready to go.The private outdoor shower was convenient and had a strong water flow.We felt safe the entire time we were there.”"

Gorgeous spacious condo right on Eagle Beach

This was our second stay at Oceania on Eagle Beach. The condo is spacious and even nicer than in the photos. The outside patio is perfect for quiet mornings and has a direct sunset view (one of the best parts of each day in Aruba!). The host was very responsive to our questions. We’ll be back!

Great location and property, but sewage smell

The property and location are great, but the entire stretch of Eagle beach and all of the condos and hotels there is in jeopardy. Aruba has got to get a handle on the clearly worsening sewage smell which was present 3 out of 4 days we were there. Don’t take my word for it- Google the issue. I wish we had done so beforehand. The smell is present at the property, the pool, on the beach and even while on a boat 100 yards from shore- Eagle and Palm beach. I feel terrible for the owners because it is going to continue to impact business for these property owners. Again, the property is great and the service Prestige provided was great, but we could not stay there again because of how bad the smell was. So sad for those that have to live with it. Again, gave the property the stars it deserves but felt we should be honest about the experience in the area. The government needs to properly address the problem.

Amazing spring break

Our family of four (16, 18, and parents) stayed here for spring break and we kept saying we couldn’t believe how lucky we felt to have found this place. We loved waking up and having breakfast on the patio with Singh a beautiful view of Eagle Beach. We spent time every day on the beach. We snorkeled just off the beach and saw quite a few fish and even a sea turtle. We visited all 4 pools on the property. They were never too busy and we enjoyed the peace and quiet. We tried to go on the roof for a better view but learned the rooftop belongs to the owners on the top floor. We took advantage of the hot tub every night and recapped the day’s adventures together. The kitchen was well-equipped and we took advantage of it to make breakfast and lunch most days.I can’t say enough good things about Elizabeth. She gave us restaurant and grocery recommendations which we took advantage of. Madam Jannette was pricey but was our favorite by far. I asked her a few questions leading up to our trip and she consistently got back to me very quickly.We were a family of 4 with two teenage daughters. We quickly learned how to manage our shower schedules so the last person still had hot water for their shower.All of our beds were comfortable and we all slept very well. My wife said she woke up a couple of times from the party busses going by or motorcycles revving their engines but she was able to get back to sleep just fine.We plan on staying here again if at all possible.

This was the best trip!

The property far exceeded our expectations, was extremely family friendly, and we never needed anything. It had everything we needed no matter what we were planning to do. The use of the gas grill and eating at the patio table almost every night was a hit with the grandkids. Being right next to the pool and able to walk to the pool directly from the back patio was one of the best parts. We will definitely be returning.

Paradise found

We were wowed by this exceptional condo right across from the astounding Eagle beach-white soft sand, turquoise/ blue water, 80 degrees with a consistent breeze. Beautiful views from the condo and the patio is truly the best part. We grilled and cooked then ate out on the patio the majority of our stay. Private hot tub added luxury. There was a beautiful group of dragon flies floating above the hedges at front of the patio daily so literally no mosquitos. Kitchen is well equipped, washer and dryer added bonus. We have 2 young adults and everyone equally thrilled with this stay. The 3 pools and gym met all needs. Beds comfy and lots of room to eat in the dining area or for the 4 of us to watch a Christmas show. Best location with a 2 minute walk to set up on the beach and walkable/ running paved path along beach. Delicious restaurants nearby. Condo in gated Oceania residences so exclusive. Overall safe environment in the area. Groceries at Superfoods 8 min drive - crowded but had everything. Owner provides towels, beach chairs and a cooler for your convenience. Highly recommend!!

Amazing location

Great place, if I had to find a complaint it is just that it could use some updating on the interior. The primary bath did have a sewage smell at times. It is a lovely place and great for families. Beautiful view and access to beach and pool are super convenient.

Perfect condo close to Eagle

This condo is directly across from Eagle Beach. It is the closest condo unit and the large, first floor patio looks directly at Eagle. There is wonderful shade in the morning which makes eating breakfast on the large patio perfect, if you eat an earlier breakfast you can be in full shade on the patio too. We didn’t use the grill, but it was right there. There is a wonderful outdoor shower too for washing your feet and body after being at the beach. We didn’t use the whirlpool, but it looked very clean and was also on the patio. 3 bedrooms. Nice living room and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. They had 4 beach chairs to use (we preferred to be in the water than sitting on the beach so we didn’t use them), a cooler which was super handy to have for packing picnics and two floating devices which was fun to have! The only MINOR negative thing was we were told we could stay in the unit until noon on check out. The day of check out we got a knock on the door at 10:45 and said we needed to be out at 11:00 because they got a last minute booking. The housekeeping staff wanted to come in and look around. We were able to rush and get out by 11:15, but it was a bit stressful with two teenagers who were sleeping late. A call earlier in the morning would have been very helpful, or possibly an note on the door the night before would have been awesome. This was only a VERY MINOR inconvenience and did not ruin anything at all. Perfect otherwise!

Aruba Eagle Beach (John F)

Location is fantastic just a walk across the street to the world famous Eagle Beach. Unit was very will stock with cooking equipment, BBQ grill, beach towels, beach chairs etc. The condo was very very clean couldn’t ask for better. Communications with owner was fantastic. A newly installed hot tub on the patio was a great touch for relaxing after a busy day on the beach with a glass of wine. Would highly recommend this unit we will return

Amazing!!!

This property is so amazing and the location is by far better than we could have ever expected! Elizabeth the host, is absolutely hands down the best person on earth to deal with! We traveled/visited for over a week here and had a great time exploring the island at our own pace without the all inclusive! This apartment is loaded to the max with more than you will ever need! Furniture is all brand new, or looks it, clean, all appliances are clean and worked great! Washer and dryer huge plus. If we needed anything at all Elizabeth responds within the hour! You cant ask for anything better! The outside patio has all white coral tile with beautiful landscape a massive couch and top of the line grill and a tabke that easily seats 10. To top it off you have a state of the art brand new Hot tub! It is amazing! If you visit Aruba check out this place at Oceania! Cant take the Host( Elizabeth) enough for making our stay so wonderful! I can say if it is your first time like ours, rent a car the taxis are expensive!!! Next time we will. Aruba is great and this apartment was the icing on the cake!

Family Vacation

The property was exactly as listed. It was perfect for a family vacation. I would highly recommend for vacationing with small children. Most of the people we spoke with were either older or families traveling with small children. The location of the unit was perfect for easy access to the beach and pool. It was very clean and safe. If I had to nitpick about anything I would say occasionally cars driving by on the street were loud but we were able to sleep through it. Overall I would stay at this unit again.

Beautiful stay on Eagle Beach!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The views of the ocean right out the front are beautiful, and the pool is just steps away! The place was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. We had everything we needed - plenty of towels and dishes. The location right along Eagle Beach was perfect, we enjoyed walking to restaurants and up and down the beach. Would gladly stay again!

Christmas Heaven

Sunny and warm, always! Great place to stay over the holidays. Great location, awesome views, so many activities and great food. Private parking. Two pools, private entrance to one pool. Just cross the street to non-crowded Eagle Beach with free access to palapas. Loved the way the kitchen is separated from the living area so for those that get up early won't disturb the others. The kitchen is very well equipped too. Highly recommend staying here when in Aruba!

Beautiful property and beautiful condo

Location was perfect. Just steps away from the beach and pool. The view from the patio was fabulous. Quiet area to stay in, public transportation was easy and accessible with the local bus stopping in front of the condo. Short walk to restaurants and bars. Palm beach just a few minutes away. The condo itself was even more beautiful in person! Rooms were huge and plenty of room for the four adults. We are looking forward to returning to Aruba and definitely booking this condo again!!
