”The property is beautiful and well maintained. The swimming pool outdoor eating area and barbecue were all superb and ready for us to use on arrival. A table tennis table was also set up for us with a supply of balls and bats of good quality which was something we were not expecting. I cannot fault the, location, view, or quality of all of the outside area of this property and highly rate it. The inside of the property was equally excellent.The kitchen had everything we could possibly have...

”Great experience, slightly let down by weather. But that was to be expected travelling on Oct 😂. Overall villa was a pleasant stay! Only callout are the several cobwebs inside, had to take a brush to them myself. Other than that, 10/10 would consider revisit next summer”

”We had a lovely 4 nights stay in the deluxe studio apartment. The room was quite small but had everything we needed. The location was great: peaceful neighbourhood and a short walking distance from a beautiful beach, grocery store and bus stop. Only a 15 min walk to the Lapad beach promenade. We highly appreciated Martin’s hospitality and helpfulness! He even enabled the stay at the apartment yard and pool area after the check out time.”

”We had THE BEST time at the villa last week. The place had everything we could need, the pool was amazing, it was super quiet and the whole place was just lovely. We enjoyed a couple of bbq’s, games of table tennis and lots more, thank you!
Our children, age 9 and 7 had a blast - the whole place was plenty big enough for us 4.
I will note that this place is far out of town and a good 15 minute drive to a most local shop. This didn’t bother us at all and this did mean we could explore all...
