Mökit – Orcas Island

”I only utilized the downstairs bed and it was comfortable. I cooked most of my meals. The location, for me, was wonderful: in an old forest. Lovely! ”

”Beautiful, scenic and peaceful location. We enjoyed our time on the deck, soaking in some sun, chatting with the neighbor and watching the goslings and wild bunnies. Only on suggestion would be to secure the top if the handrail and maybe add a short length at the bottom landing. We would love for a longer return stayCheers”

”My family had a great stay at West Beach resort. Cabin was great with all we need, right on the beach. It was amazing to spend evenings around fire place and to hear t waves. Very relaxing. It was nice to have convince store at resort to buy coffee or other basics. Everyone was very friendly. We loved it. ”

”This property is stunning! Sweeping views across to San Juan Island, south to the Olympic Mountains, and north to Orcas Island. Love the private beach and relaxing on the porch watching the sea lions go by. The cabin has so much natural light and is warm and inviting. Really enjoyed our time here and hope to stay again!”

”We really enjoyed our stay here. Having lived on the island I knew the neighbors and ran into them as they picked blackberries on the backyard hedges. The views are amazing, it's located right near Dog Woods and Kelly's Point. The rooms and cabin was beautiful and clean. Well stocked and absolutely perfect for 2-3 people. The expansive lawn and yard was fantastic to spend time in.It was hard to keep it cool during the day. There weren't screens on all windows so we had some issues with bugs...

”We love spending time as a family on Lopez Island and Rich and Amy’s place makes that possible. It’s more suited to families with children than 7 adults. Only one bedroom has a closet where it’s possible to hand clothes and one other has a dresser. We stayed 8 days living out of suitcases. The bathrooms are ok and functional, and the kitchen is small but well stocked. The deck is spacious and the distant view is lovely. While I enjoyed sitting on the deck, we could not eat on the deck because...
