”Not enough staff to help check in however staff that was there were nice and patient.”

”When staying here you have to treat it like a visit to grandma’s 200 year old house. Our room was on the third floor (no elevators) with slanted ceilings and bathroom down three steps. It was quite small and didn’t have many amenities (such as body wash or a microwave) and our window was tiny. The air conditioner vent was positioned next to the bed and blew air directly on us as we slept (quite unpleasant). Additionally the door to our room does not fit properly and lets all the bright light...

”Nice place to stay for a few nights”

”Nice hotel with proximity to many restaurants and shopping. We were there for a quick stay and did not utilize the hotel’s amenities. We did not encounter any issues during our stay. Of note: the front desk staff made sure we got our famous DoubleTree Cookies (yummy) and the A/C in the room worked great!”

”Besides me calling to let them know I would be arriving between 4-5 an I arrived a little after 5 the man at desk told me he canceled my reservation an closes the day out at 6 am mean while I had booked the room for 2 days so once I asked were can I get a room in the area because I drove over 6 hrs he decided to tell me I would have to pay and it would be an early check in fee which I didn’t understand stand when I had the room payed before I got there and called to tell them I was coming so I...

”I usually stay here when I come back home. Staff won’t ever let me check in early. Barely even under 30mins early. One of the two elevators is usually broken. One of the 2 sides doors on each side of the building is usually broken. Parking isn’t enough sometimes for the visitors. Staff is ok definitely don’t go out their way to be nice. I started staying somewhere else. Around the corner. Room better and staff way more nicer. Like I’m paying you haven’t given me nothing for free. So why so mean.”

”Great breakfast, nice pool and fire pit. We were on 1st floor. Condo was nice, but could hear a lot from condo above us. A lot of people smoking pot on property too. Pool area needs someone to go in there and clean debris around fence line and I think they should upgrade the pool towels.”

”The reception told I would get a quiet room that I had requested upon booking. Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. The noise was even worse because the door of my balcony couldn't be closed completely. Sound proofing in my room was also very poor and I could hear my neighbors and people walking on the aisle. There was also smell of smoking coming into my room...
