”During our recent stay, a housekeeper entered our room unexpectedly while my partner and I were in a private moment, asking if we needed towels. This was both invasive and alarming, as we had already requested towels and room service in advance specifically to avoid any interruptions that evening. While we appreciate that the manager, Dustee, handled the situation professionally and made efforts to accommodate us afterward, the initial breach of privacy is difficult to overlook. ”Our room was clean but very old, e.g. parts of floor peeling up, older mattress, old caulking, noisy AC. The breakfast offered was only coffee, juice, 2 cereals, and a muffin. The room was spacious, and the swim pool was clean.”

Nice new property and my favorite room ever in a suite - HOWEVER we were there 6 days - NEVER HOUSE KEEPING - had to go to the front desk for towels, coffee - AND THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY !!! IF YOU CAN EVEN FIND someone at the front desk. The staff are Inept, LAZY, and Housekeeping is non existant !!! ”

”The staff was amazing, from the time we checked in, to the time we checked out. The amenities were great. The room was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The property was very well taken care of. The breakfast was fresh and had a very good variety of breakfast foods. ”

”Laundry room is locked and broken with no intention of repairing it. Pet parents BEWARE there is broken glass all over the parking lot. Staff didn't empty the trash cans all day Sunday so trash was overflowing and on the ground.”

”Great place to stay if you are in Sonoma county. This is our 4th stay in last 2 years as we come up there for a short vacation. This place is great, very easy and friendly. Helpful staff. There is a mall very close and next door to Costco so very family friendly. Warm water pool is a plus that kids love. Plenty of restaurants nearby, covers wide range of choice. We will surely stay here again when we come up. ”

”For the price and location I’d say it was fair. The complex is huge. Hosting 3 different motel chains. There was evidence of a county homeless navigation centers emergency housing in several units and the mental health issues that go with that. I didn’t feel uncomfortable. A guy from a local Christian Denomination stood out front with a bull horn and conducted a sermon on Saturday night till 9pm. I thought that showed the county at heart. Compassion and hope re hard to find in this fair...

”Overall room was great. Only issue is not really dog friendly- especially annoying with people constantly calling front desk on you to complain about your dogs barking in room. Will not be staying there again. ”
