”The hotel and staff were amazing. Our room was very nice, came with Netflix logged in for use. The pool was refreshing after a day of sightseeing. The staff helped book our elephant tour and the breakfast was amazing. The area is walkable with a temple right across the street. We received a welcome drink, tea service and 2 meals all complimentary. Would definitely stay here again when in Chiang Mai. ”

”The hotel and rooms overall were clean. Staff was helpful and really kind! Location was also great, many cafes, restaurants and shops were near by. Upstairs there is a pool, with places for a few people.
In the middle of the night (every night) there were always loud noises and yelling from the street, bars and even from other guests in the hotel. The noises ended by morning. Towels and bedsheets seemed old/wornout since most of them had holes and tears in them. Atleast they were clean....

”This was my second stay here and would be my preferred hotel of choice for any future visits. The staff are lovely, the rooms are spotless and made up beautifully every day by housekeeping and the location is excellent. Walking distance to most things. The swimming pool is lovely to cool off in. The gym is small though and would be my only thing to improve in the future but I am not travelling to run on treadmill every day so really not an issue. ”
