In the resort of Orcières Merlette, in a very quiet residence, classified 3 stars, "Les Cristallines", this pretty 3-room apartment (6 people) of about 42 m2, with balcony, on the 4th floor (north-east facing) offers a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and the snow garden "Les Piou-Piou".

THE APARTMENT IS COMPOSED OF:
- a living / dining room (1 sofa bed with pull-out bed), flat screen TV, cupboard
- a kitchen area (ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher)
- a double bedroom with a double bed and cupboard.
- a bedroom with 2 single beds and cupboard.
- a bathroom (with bathtub)
- a bathroom (with shower cubicle)
- a separate toilet.
- an 8m2 balcony facing east / north-east.

You will also have access to:
- a ski room!
- a covered parking space.
- the concierge service with key collection and inventory of fixtures (entry and exit).
- the supply of bed linen (to be defined)

You will also have the possibility to benefit from hotel services (e.g. equipment rental or beds made on arrival, ski passes, subject to pre-booking, various rental (raclette machine, baby cot, etc.), cleaning services).

THE RESIDENCE:
The "Les cristallines" residence is located below the resort of Orcières, in the immediate vicinity of the "Les Piou-Piou" snow garden (Open in this COVID period!) equipped so that your children can evolve with confidence (modelled slopes, slides, figurines, ski lifts, snow rope, conveyor belt, etc.) on more than 2 hectares.
Access to the slopes (350m) is via an escalator located 200m from the residence.

THE RESORT:
In this COVID period, the resort opens without the ski lifts but a tourist offer is offered: dog sledding, paragliding, toboggan runs, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, introduction to biathlon or ski touring, club piou piou, snowmobiling, ice karting, outdoor ice rink...

PRICE:
Prices vary according to the season and the number of nights booked. Prices exclude options (linen / cleaning, etc.)

Cleaning is not included in the price. You will need to tidy up and clean the accommodation before your departure.

Cancellation possible free of charge in the event of official closure of the resort or government announcements prohibiting travel.

Please note that no arrivals are possible on Wednesdays (concierge service closed)

The apartment is open for rent all year round. On the other hand, during certain periods (mid-April to the beginning of June and from September to mid-December, very few shops or even none are open). The resort therefore seems empty and this may seem worrying. I still offer it for rent because some people come looking for calm, tranquility, hiking at very low rates.

Therefore, please do not punish your stay with a bad assessment for this reason.
