”Amazing experience. We even got complimentary snacks downstairs like water, chips, soda, and some dessert items. There was even a 24/7 coffee bar. The employees were so nice as well.”

”The woman that was there to check me in was rude and unpleasant. However the rest of the staff, including the valet drivers, were nice. The room was okay (although for a river view room, the river was not visible). I wish the room had bottled water and/or snacks (in addition to having them available in the sundry). Great location, good price, nothing fancy.”

”Great stay. We were here for 4 nights with kids and pets and it was a comfortable and clean stay. The room was large enough to sleep all of us and the incredibly high ceilings and windows made it feel spacious. Would stay again anytime.”

”I was not pleased with the additional cost ($50.00) from this hotel above the price of Expedia. there is a small lot behind the hotel to park while checking in, no signage of how to get there so you have to park in a garage $10.00 then the hotel charged additional $29.00 to park overnight. later i found that the hospital one block away only charges $5.00 for the blue parking ramp. with the additional charges added, this was not a good deal.”

”Beautiful building. Shoes off…excellent breakfast. Library suite a bit stuffy, no control over temperature, no fan. EZ off street parking, quiet neighborhood.”

”The hotel was slightly difficult to get to because of all the road construction. The room and inside common areas were clean. Breakfast was average. Parking was $15 a day in a lot secured by a gate with an access code. With the exception of the bartender at the lounge, the staff seemed indifferent. The outside patio was nice except for the tweaker who was there often.”

”Very nice hotel. Didn’t think I’d like it as much as I did. Literally has all things you’d want in a hotel Breakfast, pool and hot tub Bus and light rail so close to walk to which makes everything easy to commute too”
