”A lovely place to land. Beautiful Victorian with a garden to relax in. The room was so comfortable (even had a window seat) and the food was great. As was each member of the staff.”

”Lovely, quaint motel, that has been well-maintained and is very clean. Good location, can walk to downtown Ashland, but about a mile. The only frustration I had was with a mildly unhelpful person at the reception desk. I also needed to charge my Tesla but was told the Tesla charger was only for a particular cottage that I wasn’t staying in. Access to a level 3 charger but it was in use almost the entire evening. A little frustrating.”

”Great location within 5 min walk from the park, the theaters and lots of restaurants. Good breakfast, clean rooms, helpful staff. Highly recommend.”

”The room was clean, the beds comfortable. We arrived just as the front desk clerk was leaving. She graciously stayed and checked us in. The desk is unmanned after 9 pm. Our key was under the mat for our room. It would have been nice if the air conditioning had been turned on. It was 90+ degrees and the room didn't cool down until early morning.”

”My son had stayed there before, his room seemed more updated than ours. The rate for our room was really high due to the fact that it was SOU’s graduation weekend, that was sort of a bummer to see the rate increase. I didn’t really like the self check in, especially when they had staff in the office available. You’re tired from traveling, I just want someone to check my id, hand me my room key, and send me on my way with a smile. Our room did not look like the “suite” we booked online at all....

”There was no clean towels and had to ask for them a couple of times, the floor was filthy, there was leftovers in the frig, there was no ice and no telephone in the room to reach them when there was a party of teenager drinking and fighting with their mom there. We did call the non emergency Ashland phone number and they were amazing. They came right out and took care of the issue and the room was emptied. We won't be staying there again.”

”The individual at the front desk was unpleasant and unhelpful to my wife on the morning of check out, and when I went down to fetch the items, she was in the same mood. Later in the morning at check out, her day had apparently not gotten any better with the progression of guests. On the high side, I enjoyed the use of the pool/hot tub area, but it did not appear to be cleaned overnight. I used the gym/work out space (they were quite strict about the time to go in), but again the place was not...

”A heads up, this particular Comfort Suites does not allow cats. This is a decision by that locations upper management. If you are travelling with a cat, book elsewhere. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was standard with abundant choices. The shower had a powerful stream as well as nice and hot. Bathroom was very clean. I found the carpet needed a good cleaning and the outside of the waste baskets needed to be cleaned.”

”Pretty dirty was run down. The owner stays on the property but looks homeless. He is nice but super sketchy. He cleans the rooms. Goes through the trash cans just all over weird. I wouldn’t take kids here it was super unsafe. Not worth the money”

”I chose this motel because I had a lot of stuff in my car to unload and you can park right in front of your door. Its one story so you don't have to haul stuff upstairs. Right off the freeway and walking distance to 3 decent restaraunts and a coffee garden Cafe in the parking lot that opens at 6:30 AM. Bed was decent, everything for one night plus a microwave and mini fridge which was nice. Also nice was a bedside table on each side of the bed with lamps and outlets to charge your stuff. It was...

”Just needed last minute place to crash halfway down to Bay Area (near Medford) late at night and thankful to find this location available. I had booked on Expedia while driving and inadvertently selected the next evening (pre-paid, no refund) so I called the staff and they were able to switch the booking date for me an hour before we got there. Checked in at 10:30 PM, late night staff very helpful. Wasn't sure what to expect with economy price and near truck stop, but the room was very clean...

”Room, amenities and breakfast are typical of your basic, mid-level Marriott property. Ask for a room on the side furthest away from Garfield Street if you hope to get any sleep. Hotel did a poor job communicating that housekeeping is only provided on request or every third day. No mention of it at check-in or anywhere in the room. With four or five comparable hotels at a similar price point available nearby, I’ll try somewhere else next time.”

”If you need somewhere clean, quiet, and with good AC, this place is for you! The bed was huge and comfortable. I couldn't hear any cars on the street, which was very surprising. The curtains kept the room super dark. I slept so well. It's right across from Walmart, Chick-fil-a, Chipotle, Five Guys, Starbucks, and some other places. Breakfast was good too. It was a very standard hotel breakfast, but it did have the best bacon I've ever had at a hotel. Coffee was decent too. It was only a few...
