”As usual we got a room with a beautiful view, the room itself was well equipped with a full kitchen. However, the fireplace didn't work and although the staff responded right away with new batteries for the fireplace remote that didn't fix the problem. They were sympathetic and took 10% off of the cost of the room, but I'd have much rather have had a working fireplace. The king sized bed was as hard as a rock and for someone that suffers from fibromyalsia it was like laying on concrete. It was...

”We were warmly greeted by the lady at the front desk, who, noticing we were from PA and only staying one night, promptly upgraded us to one of the best rooms on the property, top floor beachside suite with a balcony overlooking an amazing panoramic view of the shore (#350).
