”We appreciated the first floor room but the view was instructed by the sand dunes. We loved all the fine touches-the decoratively folded towels, the fireplace, the fridge, and the coffee bar. The room was quite spacious!”

”The mattresses were lumpy. Two chairs for 3 people. Table too small for games. Sewage spill at beach entrance. But otherwise we did enjoy our stay and would book again. ”

”Great little gem in Gold Beach! We were just passing through and saw this, were able to get a river side view which was so nice and peaceful. Budget option but had a lot of amenities (though we didn’t use them at our stay), and the bed was very cozy. Would recommend!”

”Check in was easy and front desk was super informative. The view was spectacular! The jetted tub by the window with the view of the ocean was the absolute best thing ever. I will be going back. ”
