”The staff went out of their way to be welcoming and were incredibly kind 💗 and helpful 🌟 to me and to my pet when we arrived late at night after a long day of travel. The 2 room suite was spacious and sparkling clean, with comfortable beds and good AC, black out curtains, good linens, and plenty of good sized towels and coffee, etc... There were old, obviously indelible, permanent stains on the clean wall to wall carpets and on one 💺 in the bedroom, though the couches and everything...

”I was looking forward to a quiet night away to relax and get some work done, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. When I arrived, my original room was not ready, so I was reassigned to another room. Unfortunately, that room also appeared to be unprepared. I ultimately decided not to stay because I did not feel comfortable with the condition of the room. The pool was out of service, the fire alarm in the room was not properly installed, and there were numerous signs of wear,...

”Room smelt like smoke and mildew with dirty/damp carpet. No soap or shampoo in the bathroom and only one towel. Exterior door to the building did not lock or have key access- so anyone could walk in. Staff informed me that they typically rent these rooms as weekly rentals to the unhoused community, which is a great service but hard when you’re a travelling family looking for a quiet, clean place to sleep for the night. Pool was also closed.”
