”Right next to the center of Grand Case and great beach, and a short walk to the main road with access to the buses (which run something like every 10min to both Orient Beach and Marigot directions), so works as a base for discovering the whole island too. Also one o the most reasonably priced hotels in St. Martin. The rooms are very nicely furnished and cute, and there is a large terrace for lounging.”

”This is not hotel but the room was little disappointment because there are no actual windows and the bed was narrow and not so comfortable. But the bathroom and shower was great and room was very clean during my whole stay. And the staff is really really friendly and helped me with everything I asked.”

”Very clean. Near simpson bay beach and close to the airport. On main road with no sidewalk so not good for walking. Good for the 1 night stay we had coming from Anguilla and going to the airport the next day.”

”Great location and wonderful, helpful staff. Two good restaurants within a minute's walk, easy beach access to lovely, clean Simpson Bay. Bus route to town (tickets $1.50-2.00) and around island just a 5 minute walk. Couldn't have been better. ”

”We had a great condo, well furnished, beds were great, great view except for the railing being so high on the lanai. Also, cooking pans and knives could use an update. Waves are rough on this side of the island so you must travel to snorkel.”

”Beach view was unobstructed from our balcony. Since they have had a slow recovery from a storm in 2017, we understand the look of the exterior. Rooms are huge. They are updated.”

”The rooms were so nice, housekeeping came in everyday and made the room look super clean and tidy, the staff everywhere were nice, the entire resort is so nice and the beach is beautiful!”

”The room was clean, inviting and comfortable. The bathroom was nice, modern with good layout. The gym, spa and on site Salt restaurant was clean, the staff was helpful and personable. The location was close and in walking distance to infamous Maho beach, Sunset waterfront restaurant, Tortuga Restaurant. Walkable to a close town with several meal options, supermarket, casino and Mullet Bay beach. I would consider staying there again on my next trip to St. Martin. ”

”I would absolutely stay there again. This was the best condo I have ever stayed at. My husband and I had a blast. The view was to die for. Location is top tier. Private beach and restaurants nearby. ”
