”The property was gorgeous. Front desk was friendly but needs to spend a little more time explaining the amenities offered like what floor the pool is on and restaurants that are available. They spent more time wondering about my little Maltipoo, if I reported that I needed a dog friendly room in advance. So if you plan on bringing a pooch be sure to let them know in advance. Other than that it is definitely a princess environment with a classy old world feel. I’m glad my husband picked it...

”Exterior of property is in great need of a facelift. Common areas are dated, but clean. Pool and hot tub were clean and inviting. Our unit was great, clean and stocked. At checkin I received an access key for secure areas, but not the code for the door to my unit. Very inconvenient oversight. It was also not brought to my attention that the unit has access from two floors. We entered on bottom floor and about broke our necks getting heavy luggage up a spiral staircase to the bedrooms only to...

”Room was clean and comfortable. Air conditioning unit was quiet and effective. Bed pillows are very thin and uncomfortable. Shower water pressure was painfully low.”
