”We had a wonderful stay in Greenport! The location was absolutely perfect, and one of the things we loved most was being able to walk to town and the beautiful harbor. Everything was so conveniently located, from the charming shops and wonderful restaurants to the lovely waterfront, making it easy to enjoy everything Greenport has to offer without needing to drive. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful Greenport getaway!”

”It was close to a very pretty beach, which was nice. The neighborhood is very quiet. The only downside was that the bedrooms were up stairs and the stairs were very steep. I didn’t notice that in the write up to the property it might have changed my rental of it. I would rate it very highly for anyone that doesn’t have trouble with stairs. The air conditioning was excellent, and the property is well appointed the owners were lovely and responsive.”

”We enjoyed the location of the property, and the check-in process was easy and well-organized. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and nicely appointed. While the space has a lot of potential, there were a few aspects that could be improved. The sofa and upholstered chair were in need of a deep clean, and the sofa cushions had lost their support, making them uncomfortable to use. We could also hear quite a bit of noise from the neighboring unit, and on one night the tenants were active until...

”The location and property itself were great, but we had a few issues during our stay. The hot water heater was not working when we arrived, so we were unable to take showers for the first two days. To the owner's credit, it was eventually repaired. There was also a persistent musty odor throughout the unit. In addition, the listing advertised air conditioning, but the seasonal AC units had not yet been installed, making it difficult to cool the place down and sleep comfortably. As a final first...

”This was the perfect spot for a wonderful getaway with friends! The location is absolutely beautiful, right on the water with ever changing tides and views. Lovely house with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The house was in pristine condition and very comfortable. There are beach chairs, kayaks and a beach umbrella. Our favorite thing was bird watching from the deck. I highly recommend getting the Merlin app to identify the bird song. At any point in time you could hear up to 10 or...
