”The wall mounted air conditioner was apparently broken in the room, so they installed a temporary window unit that was very loud and pointed straight at the bed. Between the cold air blowing on us and the intermittent noise of the unit running, it was hard to hear the TV, let alone get to sleep. Being on the first floor, the adjoining night club was also very loud, at least when the AC was not running. ”Amazing hotel. I will definitely be booking here anytime I come to Milwaukee. Very clean, spacious, and well decorated. Beautiful windows & high ceilings, great amenities. Would have liked to know the fridge is communal but it wasn’t a problem whatsoever. More breakfast options would be nice too for those with certain food restrictions. Overall wonderful stay”

”Room poorly ready for guests. No shower mat, shower gel TOTALLY EMPTY, floor lamp did not work, carpet buckled upon entry which was dangerous. Breakfast inferior- cold, greasy sausage patties, milk carafe empty, oatmeal cold, 2 apples in badkwt, no other fruit. Parking garage impossible to find and we were forced to use valet.”
