”There wasn’t a way to open the window, so the air was stuffy. The staff woke me up at 8:30 in the morning asking me if I needed room service, which I was not impressed with. The man who checked me in last night, August 1, 2026 was extremely helpful and extremely nice. I appreciated him.”

It was impossible to get the temperature settings where we wanted them. The thermostat was somewhat broken. Move the switch often did not cause a change in the output of chilled air even if put on heat. Our friends faired worse. They checked in to dirty rooms. When moved, the second room AC did not work.
