Golf Trip
This property is perfectly located and set up for group of golfers. Booking, check in ,stay and checkout all went smoothly. Agent went above and beyond gettting item we left behind back to us timeously. Wouldnt hesitate to stay again.

Poolområdet var rigtig godt. Køkkenet lidt sparsomt udstyret. Kloaklugt i værelsesafdelingen. Huset er beliggende lige ved siden af en bar med udendørs livemusik. Lige udenfor huset ligger en smal men ret trafikeret vej, så der er en del trafikstøj.

Golf in Villa martin
We have been before. 2 years ago. Overall the villa was fine but 2 things. No 1 , when you entered the villa there was a unpleasant smell. We suggest the plumbing may need looking at. No 2 , we all think that the villa is looking a little tired & needs updating. IE shower downstairs could do with a new shower tray & generally could do with a lick of paint to freshen it up. As i say good location & generally ok but is looking a little tired.

Sorry you feel that way, you stayed end of season been a lot of people from June, always get painted and any maintenance before next year. The bathroom downstairs you mention is being completely redone next month. As for smell not sure what you mean. Not been mention by anyone else

Relaxing
Overall the villa was lovely, the pool being the highlight. Only thing i would say is that air con is needed in the bedrooms, it was too hot to sleep most nights. This could be as the weather was hotter than usual. Overall very pleased with our stay and would definitely recommend. Julie the agent, was brilliant

Falta de limpieza general. Cocina muy sucia, sin utensilios para cocinar, las ollas y sartenes sucias, oxidadas y el resto no sirve para vitrocerámica. Lavavajillas sucio y oxidado. Toallas escasas. Lo mejor el aire acondicionado en el salón y ventiladores en todas las habitaciones.

Ideal villa
Upon arrival we were over the moon with the property and the outside areas. There 12 is in total and never did we feel we were on top of each other, very spacious and comfortable. The pool was lovely and the kids spent hours in there. The location was great for for walking to shops bars and restaurants. Highly recommend this property.

Great
Great Villa, good location. Julie was there to greet us on arrival and kept in touch during our stay. Royal Oak next door is a good pub and does great food. 9 of us stayed for a golf break and everyone thought the place was bang on with loads of room. Already thinking of staying here next year.

Fantastic villa, everything so close by
Great stay, definitely return, lively villa with everything you need, we had a problem with the drains but it was sorted very quickly and efficiently, supermarkets, restaurants and bars a plenty all within a 5-10 min walk, we would especially mention “the view cocktail bar, 2 gif 1 on Wednesday and the food was delicious too, another restaurant worth a mention is the Asian next door to the Royal oak which is next door to the villa, great daily entertainment there, Aldo worth a visit.

A large Villa with plenty of room for large group. Lovely setup with great support if required
The villa was perfect for our group of adults, with plenty of room both inside and out. All facilities required for our stay were in place. Air con & fans keep the rooms cool. The pool was serviced and the BBQ area with outside TV was a big bonus. Great base for us, with shops & eating facilities quite close. The bar next door closed on time so no late-night noise. Great support from host when required also. All who stayed enjoyed the stay

Great Villa and Pool
Lovely stay Julie the agent couldn’t have been more helpful. Great villa. Lovely and clean and in a good location. Royal Oak pub next door was very good with good food and entertainment, lovely helpful staff. Only 5 mins to the Supermarket and less than 10 mins to the Commercial Centre with all the restaurants and bars. Highly recommended.

Beautiful family villa
The villa is situated close to bars and restaurants... two being right next door to the villa. There is no need for a car as you can get a bus if you wish to go to the beach or further away. There was plenty of room 6 adults and two teens... all had a room each and plenty of showers/bathroom space. The pool was great were we spent a lot of our time. Julie and Mark were on hand if you need help or advice about things...they also recommended places to eat/drink. If you are keen on golf you are surrounded by three golf courses, so take your pick. Definitely will return to this villa as it has everything you need... a home from home

Golf break stay
Very nice property, very clean but in need of some tlc. Excellent location. Was more than adequate for a party of 8 golfers. Only issue was no gas barbecue as listed on Vrbo only coal barbecue.

Ideal holiday home
This house was superb for a group of golfers with plenty of space and a beautiful outdoor pool. Pubs, restaurants and supermarkets all very close by. Two golf courses were about a mile away with lots more within half hour drive. I would recommend this house and Julie the local agent is very helpful as well.

Golf trip 2021
8 of us playing golf for the week , great location less than 5mins drive from 3 courses. Next door to a bar & 10min walk from more bars & restaurants. Villa was clean & tidy.

Great space
It was a fairly last minute booking for us due to covid changing our existing plans. The space was perfect for what we needed and the kids spent most of the time in the pool! It was an ideal location for us as it was close to supermarkets, beaches, golf, markets etc. The owners and local contact were helpful if we needed anything which made the stay even easier! Not exactly property related but the weather was great too - the outdoor space helped us enjoy this too. Thank you!

Het was een fijne villa. We hebben erg genoten.
De eigenaren zijn heel behulpzaam. Het zwembad was Top en wordt goed onderhouden. Als je privacy wilt met je vrienden of familie is deze villa ideaal. Het internet en de afstandsbedieningen was even uitzoeken. Genoeg lekker en gezellige restaurantjes in de buurt. Er is ook een middag/avond markt. Ook even checken. Er is een bus maar neemt alleen kleingeld aan. Er is een Mercadonna en een goedkope leuke spulletjes winkel. Fijne vakantie!

La casa esta muy bien ya que al tener piscina, con los niños se disfruta mucha. Lo que no me ha gustado es que el aire acondicionado es de pago y encima el aire de arriba choreaba agua cuando lo encendimos y nos mojo la cama y la almohada. En las habitaciones de abajo parecia que estabamos en una sauna. Los ventiladores no son tan efectivos pero hacen un apaño. Yo pondria aire acondicionado por lo menos en el pasillo para que refresquen mas. Luego la limpieza de los armarios de la cocina es penosa. El el armario que va debajo del grifo olia muy fuerte a moho. Y no se si lo saben, pero de todas las ollas que tienen solo funcciona en la inducion una olla y un sarten. Yo por mi, no volveria.

La clim payante heureusement qu’il y’a des ventilateurs , connexion internet mauvaise , manque de vaisselle( casserole , poêle , cafetière) piscine et extérieur top , commerce à 10 minutes à pied ( restaurants, mercadona , Aldi ...)

Big House with great pool
We had a great time at this villa. Big venue with 3 badrooms. The swimming pool was great and needed because it was very hot! Everything was clean and contact with agency was sufficient.

Great for families
Great stay. Julie was a pleasure to deal with, one.or two small issues over the three weeks realt with straight away. Location is perfect. Bar with playground next door. And all amenities with in 600m. Bus to cabo roig and la zenia just up the road. The outside area of the house is brilliant the added addition of the outside TV area just makes it great for families. I'd highly recommend.

Good location good size pool... clean and tidy but outdated... no sky tv... infact no tv only YouTube on a fire stick Description says 2 beds upstairs 3 down... this is wrong only a twin downstairs... doesn’t help when you have planned for 5 aircon is on a metre 1€ for 2 hours

Where do I start with this renter. Firstly he did not read the description from 2019 5 bedrooms, as major refurb. There where only 5 GUESTS if you try to book more than 6 people you are told in automated email at present sleeps 6 to avoid confusion. I'm not going into detail, but he left it absolutely disgusting. My agent broke down crying. She took a video of the state it was in. l was shocked Took 4hrs 3 people to clean. As for Tv have no idea what he's on about. Yes there are meters for Aircon otherwise gets abused. All rooms have very efficient remote quiet ceiling If any potential renter what's any more info feel free to ask Thanks

Gorgeous villa both inside and out!
Once we finally arrived at the villa (we got lost), we were very happy with how big it was and how spacious all of the rooms were, and of course the lovely pool that you see as soon as you walk through the gate!! The villa is very close to a large selection of bars and restaurants and only about 10 minutes drive from a variety of nice beaches. I stayed at the villa with my husband and our 3 children, we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, the children spent alot of time in the pool (lots of pools toys and towels were already at the villa) and we enjoyed many a evening relaxing outside whilst having a bbq. The only downside we found was that the upstairs was so hot, the first night we stayed we had the ceiling fan and all fans on but was so hot still. I messaged Julie who said you have to pay 1 euro for 2 hours worth of air con, we decided to all sleep downstairs instead, with the children in one room and up in the lounge. Other than this issue, the holiday was perfect, a lovely villa and pool, close to shops, restaurants and beaches etc, we would definitely come back!!!!

We had 7 nights at this house and we didn't want to leave. It was so homely, peaceful in the nights, walking distance from the supermarket, bars etc. The house was very clean when we arrived. We will be staying there again, we loved the house. Thank you

Lovely house and great location
I have just spent a week here and was not disappointed with the house or its location, but unfortunately I was upset about the cleanliness and general maintenance of the property and the outside area, I contacted the owner and was told that the property was getting a makeover later in the year ready for next season to start, I am aware that the owner doesn't live in the country and I sent pictures to him to see and I think he was quite surprised about some of the issues. I would stay here again when the house has been renovated as it is a lovely property and we love the area and it's close proximity to La Fuente

not a beautiful villa as described in Home Away tacky and not very clean
when we arrived keys left under stone at gate did not meet agent until day before departure, broken tiles beside pool and front door villa not very clean had to disinfect kitchen and living area had to pay for air con not stated in description ac only in one bedroom and sitting room villa needs a lot of tlc e.g furniture etc for the price we paid it was like a two star apartment and not the beautiful villa we expected would not return.

Firstly the keys are normally left in keysafe, and our agent was away for the night. Most people who rent out property have air Con meters as clients tend to leave on when not needed, and in Spain very expensive. Meters are on a very low rate.As for tiles lifting this was due to Palm tree roots, which is being rectified. Sorry you did enjoy your stay, and some of your comments are not justified Rob
