Schöner Golfurlaub
Es ist und bleibt ein super Golfgebiet. Die Wetterbedingungen sind dort einfach traumhaft. Wir hatten einen schönen Golfurlaub.Die Wohnung ist ausreichend für bis drei Einzelpersonen. Ich fahre schon mehrere Jahre in diese Wohnung. Leider ist der Preis für mich alleine zu teuer geworden.

Lovely Property in the Spanish sun
We had a great stay at this lovely apartment in a nice part of Spain , where the weather was very kind to us. Property was spacious, clean with all the facilities you need while away. The owner Stephane & management Julie & Tony were so helpful. Will be looking to hopefully stay again soon Martin

Lovely Stay
Lovely apartment in a lovely peaceful location everything we needed was provided. Plenty of restaurants bars and supermarkets just a short drive away. Wieder ein schöner Golfurlaub
Das Appartment liegt in einer Golfurbanisation. Sehr viele Golfplätze sind innerhalb einer halben Stunde Fahrzeit zu erreichen. Sehr sehr schöne Golfplätze. Das Wetter Mitte November ist meistens noch Polo tauglich. Dieses Jahr mit 26° absolut traumhaft. Für Golfer, Asthmathiker oder einfach ausspannen und Wetter und Landschaft geniesen.

Nous avons passés 2 superbes semaines à las ramblas. L appartement est très bien situé, bien équipé, avec une terrasse agréable pour prendre l apero et les repas, la piscine est derrière l appart..... Merci a Stéphane et Virginie les propriétaires 👍avec qui le contact est facile et soucieux du bien être de ses locataires. Accueil agréable de Julie a notre arrivée. très bon accueil à l arrivée - la location n est pas évidente à dénicher par le numéro - un petit plan serait le bienvenu y compris le petit parking - à cette époque déc-jan le secteur est un peu triste car il n y a pas grand monde - pour le tourisme par contre c est parfait - les restos ok - les marchés sont nombreux - gardons un bon souvenir de ces vacances et merci à Julie et Tony -

Merci Monsieur et Madame Coufourier pour votre belle appréciation . L’environnement direct de l’appartement dans le Golf est en effet très calme ce qui est fortement apprécié en hiver comme en été . La proximité du centre commercial La Fuente à 950 mètres de l’appartement avec notamment ses nombreux commerces, restaurants et bars animés même en hiver rend néanmoins l’endroit vivant et agréable . Vous aviez normalement reçu par mail les instructions d’accès à l’appartement En vous remerciant encore pour votre confiance Au plaisir de vous y accueillir à nouveau Virginie et Stéphane

Estancia tranquila y muy agradable
Es una magnífica opción si buscas disfrutar de unas semanas o días para descansar y desconectar. La zona es muy tranquila y la vivienda cuenta con un muy buen jardín, terraza y piscina comunitaria, que no está nada masificada. Agradecer a Toni y a Julie su gran atención y hospitalidad. Como crítica constructiva para alcanzar las 5 estrellas, creo que habría que renovar ciertos enseres de cocina, frigorífico y vitrocerámica para cocinar. Pero en general la vivienda está muy bien.

Heerlijke plek!
We hebben genoten. Een heerlijk huisje met supergoede WIFI wat met pubers, heel fijn is. Alle gemakken voorzien; vaatwasser, nederlandse TV, dubbele badkamer. Het zwembad is fijn en nooit te druk. In de omgevinge mooie stranden waar je overal makkelijk kunt parkeren. We hebben ook heerlijk gegeten in allerlei restaurants, zeer betaalbaar. We komen zeker terug!! Julie en Tony zijn zeer vriendelijke hosts en het email contact met de verhuurder is fijn.

Family Holiday
The apartment was perfect for me, my husband and baby daughter. Close to the pool and great outdoor space. Within walking distance to supermarket, restaurants & bars. Kitchen was fully equipped which is great for us as we cook ourselves most days/nights. Julie was lovely and always on hand if we needed anything., she made sure that we had bottled water for our arrival incase we needed to make baby bottles which I thought was really thoughtful. Super fast WIFI and TV has every channel you can think of! We will definitely be returning next year!! Thankyou!

Lovely Apartment
Outstanding accommodation with all you could need for a relaxing visit. The pool and grounds were lovely and were kept beautifully clean. The only negative was the poor pool etiquette of some other guests/owners of property on the resort, this is obviously out of the owners control (pool rules are clearly displayed).

good holidays July 2019
We have had some great days. the house is phenomenal. It is a very quiet area and by car this muh near beach and shopping centers. July and Toni are the best, if you have any problem or doubt they solve it right away. place and 100% recommended experience. The owner of the house (Stephan)He is also very attentive to any questions you may have,. He is a good host. The only observation is that the small room (two beds) around the beds looks dirty the wall, needs a little paint. Next year, if I can, we will repeat the holidays !!

Geweldig vakantie verblijf
We werden heel leuk verwelkomt door Julie en tony. Ons hele verblijf van 5 weken stonden zij voor ons klaar. Gaf een heerlijk gevoel van veiligheid. Het appartement was volledig voorzien van alle gemakken. Fijn contact met de eigenaar Stéphane. Prachtige omgeving. In het voorseizoen heerlijk rustig 18 mei tot 24 juni . Pas de laatste week merkte je dat het wat drukker werd. Heerlijk zwembad. 5 km van het strand maar ook verderop diverse schitterende stranden. Murcia en cartagena zijn zeker een bezoek waard. De markten heel gezellig. Echt spaans. Volgend jaar gaan we weer naar orihuela costa. Fred en lia strunk nederland

Fijn huis van zeer attente eigenaar
De woning is op de begane grond met een terras voor de deur en daarbij nog een lager gelegen tuin waar we de hele dag van de zon hebben genoten. In de woning is alles wat je tijdens een vakantieverblijf nodig hebt en op 15 minuten wandelen is een winkelcentrum met een Aldi en een Mercadona maar ook verschillende restaurants. Naar de vele mooie stranden is het gemiddeld 8 a 10 auto minuten, wij waren er in maart en konden door het mooie weer bijna dagelijks naar het strand, heerlijk. De ontvangst was perfect, door de buurvrouw (Julie) kregen we een rondleiding in de woning en werd uitgelegd hoe alles werkt, zoals de wasmachine, vaatwasser en televisie. In de koelkast stond als welkom een fles Cave, water, en een frisje, helemaal super. Bij Julie en haar man Tony kun je terecht voor al je vragen en zij doen hun uiterste best om je per direct te helpen. Wij hebben dat niet nodig gehad maar toe de televisie uitviel en ik dit bij hen ging melden werd er direct actie ondernomen, de eigenaar werd gebeld en deze heeft uiterst adequaat gereageerd. Al na twee dagen stond er een man voor de deur met een nieuwe ontvanger, deze installeerde alles en binnen 5 minuten konden we weer de hele wereld ontvangen. Alle Nederlandse zenders maar zelfs ook alle sport en film netten, top. Wij hebben er twee heerlijke maanden doorgebracht en ik kan het een ieder aanraden om deze vakantiewoning een keer te huren.

Prachtig, ruim appartement met fijn terras en tuin.
Van half oktober tot half november 2018, hadden wij dit mooie, ruime appartement van 70 m2 gehuurd met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers, een complete keuken en fijne bedden. Een fijn terras en ruime tuin met fijne stoelen en ligbedden. Het zwembad was te gebruiken maar was voor oktober/ november te koud. Gelegen op een mooie, rustige locatie, op loopafstand van Centro Comercial La Fuenta met meer dan 10 leuke restaurantjes, de Mercadona en Aldi. Langs het kanaal is het fijn wandelen, ook het mooie pad langs de kust is een aanrader. Met de auto is het mooie grote winkelcentrum La Zenia in 10 min te bereiken. Veel winkels, restaurants, terrasjes en een mega supermercado: AlCampo! Rond Cabo Roig veel leuke strandjes. Afhankelijk van de wind is er altijd wel een mooi / windvrij strandje te vinden. Een bezoek waard is Orihuela Stad, Murcia, Cartegena, Elche, Alicante en het bijzondere Mar Menor. Kortom genoeg bezienswaardigheden in de buurt en gezellige strandjes om te relaxen. Dit appartement is zeker aan te bevelen.

Du 2 au 16 septembre 2018 La location est vraiment super, conforme à l'annonce, il ne manque rien, très calme et très bien entretenue. L'appartement est très bien situé, de très belles ballades dans le golf ou le long du canal. Très joli piscine à deux pas. Merci à vous tous pour votre gentillesse et votre disponibilité. Location à conseiller sans aucune hésitation. Nous étions quatre adultes.

Excellent - as billed and hassle free
Second time back. It is as shown and easy to get to plus : WiFi high speed Numerous tv channels from every European country Plenty of movies to pick between Lots of kitchen utensils Bottle of cava, water (sparkling and still) chilled on arrival - so no need to dash to the shops before they close. Nice host in Julie. Everything is just as billed and hassle free.

Sehr schöner Golfurlaub
Die Wohnung ist perfekt für einen Golfurlaub. Die Golfplätze sind zur Zeit sehr gut ausgebucht - bitte frühzeitig die Teetimes buchen. Wir waren mit 3 Golfern in dem Ampartment. Für zwei Personen ist das Appartment perfekt. Die Lage ist schön ruhig und es war Ende November möglich ab 9:30 Uhr auf der Terasse zu frühstücken. Das Clubhaus in Las Ramblas hat eine sehr gute Küche.

More than expected
Typical style Spanish apartment. Clean and tidy. The extras - cava and water in the fridge on arrival. Basics in the cupboards - herbs, salt etc. We left things too and paid this forward. I hate going to a bare place and having to stock up on day one with normal household things. All ran smoothly. Greeted on arrival. Plus on the odd occasions I mailed the owners before the stay - they replied within minutes. I ll use it again.

Schöne Wohnung mit bester Betreuung
Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet. Die Versorgung mit Handtüchern war klasse. Alles vor Ort, was man benötigt. Die Betreuung vor Ort war Spitze. Leider konnte sich mein Rücken nicht mit der Matraze anfreunden. Die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer fungierte dann als Alternative.
